Punto di forza? Staff cordiale e molto disponbile

Camera abbastanza basica, ma pulita e accogliente. Assolutamente adeguata alla nostra esigenza, dovendo prendere la mattina il sentiero Beccara per Manarola. Staff gentilissimo nel darci informazioni sui sentieri e sul parco delle Cinque Terre, offrendoci anche soluzioni alternative che ci hanno migliorato l'esperienza del trekking. Ricca e buona la colazione.

Le finistre davano su un cavedio buio di giorno e con una luce di servizio sempre accesa di notte. Peccato una delle finestre non potesse essere oscurata. Se avessi dovuto pernottare più notti avrei chiesto di risolvere la cosa, certa che lo staff avrebbe trovato una soluzione.

Ein nettes Hotel in einer schönen Lage, wenn man ein Zimmer mit Seeblick erhält, ansonsten Keller!

Das Hotel selbst hat eine sehr schöne exponierte Lage mit einem Blick über Rio Maggiore und die Meeresbucht. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und nach ihren Möglichkeiten hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war angemessen.

Eine Anreise mit dem Auto bedeutet, in einem kleinen und engen Ort sehr umständlich, wenn überhaupt, parken zu können. Am Hotel gibt es keine Parkmöglichkeiten. Man kann gegen Gebühr eine Garage mieten. Diese liegt allerdings ziemlich entfernt und ist zu Fuss nur mühsam über Treppen und steile Strassenabschnitte erreichbar. Also nichts für bewegungseingeschränkte Personen! Das Hotel bietet mindestens ein Zimmer ohne jegliches Tageslicht an, was allerdings nirgendwo erwähnt wird. Das ist inakzeptabel!

Breakfast was satisfactory. Receptionist was helpful and friendly. Room was relatively expensive but I guess Riomaggiore attracts a premium in Cinque Terre.

Endroit pittoresque mais chambre standard sans aucune visibilité extérieure.

La chambre en elle même n'était pas trop mal. Petit déjeuner satisfaisant.

Aucune visibilité sur l'extérieur, on ne voyait pas la lumière du jour.

"Perle aruncate" pe versantii muntilor...

Hotelul este plasat la inaltime, are trei etaje dar nu are ascensor...Am primit camera cu nr 11, la etajul...3.. Din fericire, am fost ajutat cu bagajele de Luca, aflat de serviciu la receptie si astfel...salvat. Camera nu a fost prea mare dar impreuna cu baia ne-au asigurat confortul pentru doua nopti ...O terasa lunga cu vedere la mare a complinit orice neajuns. Parcarea a fost la un stabiliment aflat la circa 200 m distanta, in interior, acoperita si securizata cu bariera. Asadar, am lasat bagajele si am parcat masina. La plecare ,am procedat in sens invers. Atentie, este necesara rezervarea deoarece exista bariera si agent de politie care restrictioneaza orice intrare neautorizata in Riomaggiore. Se primeste in avans , prin email, un cod de acces care deblocheaza bariera. Gara se afla la cca 10 minute de mers ( coborat !), catre mare. De aici, recomand deplasarea pe jos aproximativ 900 m pe frumoasa Via dell`Amore (reabilitata de curand..), pret 11 euro/persoana, deasupra marii, cu o priveliste de basm pana in oraselul urmator, Manarola.. De aici..recomand trenul (8 euro/persoana), din orasel in orasel si intoarcerea din Monterosso all Mare cu "vaporetto" pentru a admira toata Coasta... Cursele sunt dese, nu exista probleme..(tren si vaporetto), puteti admira in liniste frumusetile celor cinci localitati..Dar..recomand incaltaminte sport, pentru ca se afla pe versantii muntilor..Mic dejun modest, meditareanean dar suficient pentru a incepe o zi calduroasa...

Eh, era bun un ascensor la hotel...(vazand relieful, inteleg ca nu se poate..!)

Wunderbar, einfach toll

Alles. Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Wegen eines Streiks der Bahn mussten wir am Abreisetag eher auschecken, um noch einen Zug zu erreichen. Dafür konnten wir eher frühstücken. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Meerblick. Es war sauber, alles war da, tolles Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Struttura accogliente, host gentili, ottima colazione. A pochi minuti a piedi dal centro: pur essendo ben collegata permette di rimanere lontano dal caos delle vie principali, è ottima per chi vuole stare tranquilli. Bellissimo balcone con vista.

Great view from the terrace. Wonderful breakfast. A perfect place to stay for a Cinque Terre getaway

The location was wonderful - it has a great view of the city and it's a nice little work-out to get to. We used it as a base and were able to easily get to and see all five Cinque Terre cities over 2.5 days. Breakfast was also wonderful - a great selection and fresh products. The room was simple, but clean and comfy - perfect for a relaxing stay.

There wasn't anything I found to be unsatisfactory.

Un buon soggiorno.

Bella vista anche dalla camera. Ottima colazione. Graditissime le bottiglie di acqua trovate nel frigo in camera. Visto il periodo non è stato necessario utilizzarlo ma in camera c'era sia ventilatore a soffitto che aria condizionata, per cui se a qualcuno non piace l'aria condizionata può comunque rinfrescarsi con il ventilatore. Ottima soluzione.

Camera un pò piccola con bagno angusto, ma siamo alle 5 terre e gli spazi sono quello che sono. Parcheggio e stanza un pochino cari.
