Nice view. Blinding windows possible. A lot of beds to choose from.
No tv, bit out of (above) the center.

No breakfast
No convenience for people who travel. Smelly towels, broken lights, broken freezer. Feels like you are in a hospital room

I tried hard to find something positive to say, but it is hard.
Very basic apartment, with the minimum furniture for you to sleep in. Degraded walls and doors, the floor is tiled everywhere and has only one or two small and thin carpets. There is no kitchen nor basic accessories for a family of four (only three cups, no spoons, no knifes, etc). We had to wash the cups in the bathroom… At night, you can hear the neighbors in other apartments, as the walls seem to be made out of paper. But the worst of wall is the fact that the apartment does not provide parking space as other places do in Riomaggiore. If you are travelling by car, you have only one very small parking lot available, which is usually full and you have to pay 35 euros/day. For that amount of money I advise to search for other places that provide parking space, even if they are more expensive, as it compensates in the end. This should be cleared advertised in the description of the apartment, but it was left out most likely on purpose. The host didn’t make a minimum effort to support me on that, only mentioned that I could park 2 km up the hill and then come back by foot along the busy dangerous road. Word of advise for families with small kids, do not choose Riomaggiore to spend the night. Other cinque terre villages have better conditions, such as Monterosso. From there, you can catch the train or boat to visit other villages, including Riomaggiore. As for the apartment, I am certain you can find better options for the same price. This was one of the worst places I have ever been in terms of price/quality ratio.

Great spot looking over the town. Easy to get to from the train station with two lifts and clear instructions from the host. Basic amenities as described. Easy to explore the other towns with this spot as a base. Couch bed was also comfy!

The apartment was in a nice area.
The telephone number listed was not working. It was nearly impossible to find. It took us two hours. There was no interaction with the owner 😔.

Stayed for 3 nights. Dealing with Liliana was easy - she whatsapp'ed instructions and a photo on where to find the keys. The rooms were large and clean. Both bedrooms had sea views and having a small balcony was wonderful (and there's an outdoor clothes line for drying things). The one minor issue with the hot water was addressed immediately and satisfactorily. There is a kettle for making coffee/tea and a small bar fridge.
A word to the wise...and something we hadn't realized - there is an elevator beside the church that takes you from a block up the main street up to The Sea View. You don't have to walk all the stairs with your luggage (like the 4 of us did!) :-(
There's a wonderful and welcoming cafe at the foot of the elevator - they'll let you borrow a tray to bring your coffee/drinks back to your room!
Liliana was a great host.
There is no kitchen.

Very spacious. Beautiful view.
We were not aware that there was an elevator that would have made our climb up with the luggage easier.

Great view, beds were comfortable, spacious.
There was no running water when we arrived, which disrupted our plans. We couldn’t use the toilet or have a shower until late at night. The host just said it was a problem with the city supply, so nothing to do with him. No backup drinks were available, we just had to fend for ourselves with 2 children. No discount was given, the host even charged the city tax the next morning, but after complaining he decided not to charge the 2 euros/person, that was all. In his position I would have been more generous and caring to my guests.

as for the rooms they were clean and big. with a beautiful view. The bathroom is clean. but the owner could work a little on the common room(salon). There were 4 plastic cups (there were 5 of us), two or three cups and some one spoon. Undiscarded trash can.I believe he just forgot. and no wifi, so we didn't quite understand the TV that had netflix on it :D. I don't know if it's our fault, but we walked (according to googlemaps) from the train station along a long winding road uphill (it took about 35-40 minutes after a whole day of walking). no one warned us that it was enough to walk from the station to the church and it was a few minutes to take the city lift. it is only a few meters from the lift.
Undiscarded trash can.

Very spacious apartment in a quiet neighbourhood of a very busy village, with a stunning view.
Parking the car is a major problem. Guests should get informed about all the possibilities and costs.

Amazing location and a place with everything you need to have for a calm and relaxing stay.

Guidance from the owner was wrong about the Cinque Terre hiking. Very early check out time of 0900.

The staff were very helpful and I really enjoyed our stay, would highly recommend and next time I am in the region I will stay again! Avoid the posh restaurant in the town centre though!

The apartment is big. I was the only one staying for 2 nights.
No wifi, but I was aware of it. It was in the description. Could have been nice if there will be wifi.

The view from the room was amazing and the location of the apartment close to the lift bringing you right in the center of Riomaggiore was excellent to explore the village
The room and the bathroom were very nice and renovated, the entrance hall though could have been better…

Privacy. We had entire apartment with a living room and a bedroom.
Parking is an issue if you live inside any of the cinque terre town. We end up paying another $35 for parking at another place and it was a bit walk from hotel.

Non capisco le recensioni così negative, io non ho avuto problemi neanche he con il tourist pass per l'ascensore.
Non c'è la cucina, ma per un weekend è la casa perfetta.
