Riomaggiore is def the best of the five towns

Super clean. We were nervous about where to park but Martha sorted everything for us and walked us to the apartment. She had great recommendations for walks, transport, restaurants and activities.

Best host in Riomaggiore :)

The location is amazing, not far from the train station and without any stairs to climb when you walk with your luggage (only a few steps to climb to the 1st floor in the building) :). The room was very very clean and the host, Martha is extremely nice and helpful person. She gave us an explanation about all the towns upon the arrival. She was always there to answer all of our questions and give us the best tips. With the stay with Martha you also get unlimited access to the Dell Amore path which connect Riomaggiore with Manarola which makes your stay even nicer. Highly recomended!

Highly Recommend & great Location

Martha was an exceptional host who met us on arrival & explained everything and above that we needed. Martha was in constant touch to ensure everything was ok. Definitely recommend staying @ J&K. Added bonus, we hardly had to climb many stairs

Great location, just a short walk to the train station and close to restaurants and local shops. The host was amazing—she even booked a kayaking trip for us and was incredibly attentive and helpful throughout our stay. She communicated with us several times to ensure everything was going smoothly. Highly recommended!

Like most places in Italy, there are steps up to the apartment, but it’s easy to access. Book this place, and you’ll be glad you did! We plan to stay here or at another property from this owner on our next trip. They were wonderful to work with!

Best B&B we've stayed at in Italy. American owner, attentive, understands and anticipates my culture's needs. Clean, perfect location. Double pane windows, total sound isolation from outside. Will recommend Martha and her 11 units to my friends & family who will definitely be visiting this region soon.

A wonderful stay!

Everything was on point for our stay here. The location is fabulous, smack dab in the middle of the "hotspot" of Riomaggiore (restaurants, market, cafe) and steps away from the train station (which made this a perfect base for our visit to the other villages) and iconic ocean view. Martha is a fabulous host. She communicated very thorough directions on where to meet, showed us the room and explained all necessary details (keys/air conditioning/check out) and helped us both nights with securing dinner reservations. She gave guidance on the train conditions due possible rain. She has so much knowledge about Cinque Terre to share with you! The room is spacious and comfortable; it is a 2 room area. I slept in the twin bed and my daughter and her boyfriend in the main bedroom. Shower pressure was nice and temp was hot. Air conditioning was awesome; two units which was perfect because I like a room icy cold and the others could keep their room warmer. WiFi strong. You cannot go wrong with staying here. It was great!

Quiet room, great location, amazing host!

We spent to nights in Riomaggiore (we are a young couple). The room looked exactly as pictured and was very clean. The air conditioning and the soundproof windows were amazing. The room is located in the very center of Riomaggiore, very close to the train station and the hiking routes so it's a great place to start exploring the Cinque Terre. There's also many nice bars around the room. Because of air con and windows it's still possible to enjoy a relaxing night. Martha is an exceptionally great host, super friendly and welcoming, knowledgeable of the area and gave us great tips for our stay. She always responded very quickly when we had any questions and is happy to assist you with anything (i.e. restaurant reservations). We can recommend this room to anyone, grdat price value.
