Do not stay here. Horrible owner.

Nothing. Bad. From start to finish.

Cero customer service. No toilet paper, like half a roll, no spare for four people. No hot water. Couldn’t clean after going to the toilet neither we could shower. Horrible service, never apologised about things not being there. This owner has other four properties in booking.com and he/she should not be allowed to sell it in the site. Absolutely I do not recommend this property. The town accommodation is expensive and guess this person thinks treating guests like cattle is acceptable. I recommend staying in another town and go there for the day. Lovely restaurants and walks.

The views are spectacular. Reasonably close to the centre, but it was a shame the public street elevator was not working, or it would have made the location excellent.

The bathroom (and decor in general) is quite dated. We were only given 1 tea bag for 2 people for 2 nights and no coffee and about a 500g sugar, so that was odd. The public elevator was not working so there are a lot of steps (over 200). Alternatively, you can walk the longer path around, but that is also steep. It's hard for older or less fit people.
