Hotel breakfast is very good, comfortable rooms, good restaurants and bars on the door step. Very central.
A Safe should be provided free of charge in all hotel rooms. Most hotels provide this service.
Some of your staff need a course on customer services, it costs nothing to be friendly and smile a little.
Your housekeeping staff seem to be run off their feet, need to employ a few more.

Great location, everything neat and clean and very friendly staff. We loved the indoor pool because the outdoor pool water was freezing cold and loved jacuzzi too. All the restaurants and bars were in just couple minutes of walking distance. A beautiful beach was also just a few minutes walking distance which was great for us with kids.
The outdoor pool was freezing cold which kinda ruined the fun for kids as they were really looking forward to it and there were no kids entertainment at all. There was a small kinds playroom and thats all. The room was also very small for 4 people and our stuff. We felt a bit crammed in there.

Property was clean and in great location
It’s not a family hotel. There isn’t enough for the kids to do. The massage wasn’t available for the week. There is no indoor play room or games rooms
