The mess round the pool area was awful the beds on the higher level were filthy need replacing .That area should be closed altogether.The good was poor and only lifestyle warm at Best We have stayed at the hotel a lot of times but won't return a poor show really

Poor housekeeping and nonstop heating system noise made the stay uncomfortable.

My stay was uncomfortable. Towels were not renewed, and noise from the hallway was easily heard inside the room. There was also a constant loud sound from the heating system throughout the night, which made it difficult to sleep. I hope the hotel improves these issues for future guests.

A very disappointing stay marked by unprofessional staff

The only positive aspect of the stay was the restaurant food. The food quality was good, well prepared, and enjoyable, and it was the best part of the experience. Other than this, there were no notable positives in terms of rooms, cleanliness, organisation, or service. Staff working on the Wok section were very friendly, restaurant staff at the reception very aggressive and unfriendly.

Poor organisation at check-in, with only two of the three booked rooms available and long delays for the third. The alternative room provided smelled strongly of smoke despite requesting non-smoking rooms due to asthma, making it unusable. Rooms, corridors, and the overall building were in very poor condition for a 4-star hotel, with below-standard cleanliness. Staff at reception and in the restaurant were rude, aggressive, unhelpful, and made us feel unwelcome, with no consideration for travelling with an elderly person, and a disabled family member. The handling of our concerns was dismissive and unprofessional.

Good location

Definitely needs an upgrade, had to take the door key back at least 3 times a day because it kept failing. No apologies or an offer of a new room, staff at reception clearly tired of it happening which shouldn’t be shown to the guests. Main greeter at the restaurant very rude and dismissive when we misplaced our breakfast document.

Really polite staff, requested a sea view on arrival and we were upgraded to a Premium room. All bar staff / life guards were really friendly and polite. Room was clean and breakfast was good.

We went to the beach most days but it was hard to get a lounger unless you were there for 10AM when pool opened.

Fantastic time

The bedroom was in a quiet area of the hotel , no disruptive noise from traffic . the beds were soo comfy and the blackout blinds covered the French doors brilliantly. Liked that the safe was free and free toiletries were available. Food standard and selection was fantastic. Drinks were reasonably priced.

Signing in at the restaurant with paper. The upgraded sunbed area is a nice idea however would be more suited to standard sun beds due to size of the hotel. And there were some of the shades on them were missing on the side.

Another Excellent Stay.

The hotel is spotlessly clean, staff are very warm and friendly. Excellent choice on the breakfast buffget. Bar prices in the hotel are on a par, if not cheaper, that the outside bars.

Whilst the poolside bar staff work very hard and are very pleasant, the process of getting served can be extremely slow, 10-15 minutes being the norm

Worst Hotel I’ve Ever Stayed In

Good location.

I booked a hotel through Booking.com and had one of the worst experiences ever. When I arrived, I was told my room was being upgraded — but when I got to the room, it was a huge disappointment. The view was awful: a patch of fake grass covered in mud and dirt, with no actual view in sight. When I complained to the staff, they insisted it was a “good” room and said I’d have to pay €100 to upgrade further. After much back-and-forth, they finally agreed to show me a different room on the 4th floor, which had a much better view. But things only got worse. When I told the receptionist I’d take that room, she suddenly started yelling and muttering in Spanish, claiming she had given that room to someone else — even though my bags and belongings were already inside it! She sent another couple up there, and it turned into a chaotic situation. Eventually, she said it was fine and that she’d find another room for the other guests. Later that night, it was extremely noisy — the elevator was directly outside my door, and people were constantly going up and down. Then, the air conditioning stopped working. I called reception, and they promised to send someone, but no one came for 3 hours. When I finally spoke to the manager, he moved me to a different room for the night — but this one was even worse. It was louder, people kept banging on the door as they passed, and the room felt unsafe and dirty. This entire ordeal completely ruined my holiday. The hotel rooms were unclean (there were ants!), the staff were rude and unhelpful, and the overall experience was exhausting and stressful. I would absolutely not recommend booking this hotel, and this experience has made me question using Booking.com again.

Very nice place, good location. We had breakfast and dinner and it was fabulous. Drinks not included at dinner, bet it is not a problem at all. A bottle of wine cost 10 to 20 eur as far as I remember. And you can drink just a glass of it and leave in the fridge with your room number for next evening. We got the better room than ordered with a nice view. Thank you! Staff was amazing, people working hard. You can find free parking space in 10 min walk in free parking. We parked there our car and there was plenty free spaces.

A wonderful holiday, superb quality of staff, lovely pool, excellent food, well worth the money!

The bed was comfortable. The cleaning staff and reception were excellent. The food and kitchen staff were wonderful. We had a good room and balcony facing the sea.

The building work on Hotel Triton was expected and not too bad. The entertainment in the late evening suits many people but not if you go to bed early. The only real grouch is the quality of the machine coffee at breakfast. I would love a mug of real filter coffee!
