Great value

Very disappointing.

Great location, very short walk to the main road opposite the beach. Beautiful sea view from the room. Nice communal seating areas.

The small pool was out of order, this was already disappointing but I also noticed a sign to say that because of this they were offering complimentary breakfast. I had paid extra for my partner and I to have breakfast included for the two mornings we were there. Had to pay an unexpected €50 as a security deposit. After leaving 3 days ago it’s still pending on my account. There was only one spare power outlet that we could find, which was in the bathroom. The only other outlets ment that we had to unplug things like the tv, fridge or AC. There was one very weak light in the main room which did very little in the evening. To be able to see our way around the room we had to use the bathroom light and keep the door open (my phone made it look brighter in the photo, the light did very little). The shower was very small, the curtain would stick to you because it’s such a tight space and the water pressure was not very good.

Pleasant

It was close to the beach and restaurants.

There was a leak in the bathroom and the air con stopped working. The bathroom door also wouldn't close. When we brought it to the receptionist, they said that they already knew about it.

A strange undersized bath with no taps! Shower over bath meant climbing in over the edge. Dangerously slippery. Shower valve was placed such that it was pushed onto scalding hot position if it was touched by your back. Who designed this?

It’s a shame that the luvly pool terrace has been neglected a bit especially the swimming pool which is an ideal size but could do with a good clean plus all the sunbeds need replacing

Great budget hotel

The location was fabulous and the staff were lovely. The room was clean and tidy and great sea views.

The room had a kettle but no cups . There was no ironing facilities or hair dryer.

Lovely guy met us. we received a message from booking.com saying the hotel allows checkin 24 hours a day, however this was not the case. normal check in after 2pm. would have liked air-con, but this was not offered when we booked so all good.

would have liked air con. would have like to check in when we arrived at 12 as were going to a wedding, but the hotel kept our bags in reception so all was good. room could have been tricky to find if we were compromised!

Dirty bathroom

Nice looking pool but we didn't use it

We booked a twin room in January and made a specific request for a twin room with 2 beds as the choice was offered between a double room with a double bed and a twin. On arrival we were told a twin was not available so we had to share. If they had our booking since January, how is it not possible to give us exactly what we had paid for?

Very happy with value for money

The staff were lovely and helpful. The hotel was very clean and my room was cleaned and clean towels every day. The best thing was the price. It was not 5 star but I didn't expect that. Best value for money. It was in an ideal situation for beach and park.

Hotel a little dated but to update would probably make it more expensive. Could have perhaps provided a little cheese or meat with breakfast. I don't think that would have cost a lot but really would have made a difference. On saying that I certainly wouldn't complain, the bread was fresh every day and coffee good.

it was okay for a few days, wouldn’t stay again.

the lovation

we were told we had multiple noise complaints, even though we had been out whilst the “noise” was happening and they were sure it was our room. we also had music on at 8pm, low volume whilst we got ready and we got told off for that. however there were people slamming doors all night until 4 am and they never got told anything was wrong.

great location , rooms clean and decent size excellent value for money . have stayed here several times

some of the corridors very dark on the 3rd floor but I think there was an issue with the lights at the time

Disappointing

Very nice and friendly staff

Tiny tiny room which supposed to be sound proof but we could hear whispering couples. Also horrible slamming door because of the wind... nightmare :(

Location and staff

No balcony, and ants and flies in the room. The coffee machine didn't work so we had to out to get a hot drink. There were no cushions on the sun beds so they were very uncomfortable.
