Great price for a one night stopover.

We only stayed the one night as we used the hotel as a stopover for an early flight the next day. The room was very spacious, with a great view. Plenty of parking which was free. Would stay here again.

If you choose not to eat at the hotel, or you visit when the restaurant is not open on an evening, it is quite a hike to the nearest eateries. Not a problem for us as we like to walk, but something to be aware of if you have any mobility issues.

Quiet area close to the beach

Good sized apartment, quiet neighbourhood area, comfy main beds, good air con and the pool area ok.

€40 drive from the airport/centre, €20 away from Aqua Land water park, Flatotel for active families.

The cooked lamb and pork on their menu is delicious. Aqua Land water park is only 15 mins drive away at approx €20 taxi ride from Flatotel. Flatotel has many floors, so it's good for active families, not recommended for those with disabilities. Airport/ the centre was 25 mins drive at €40 taxi ride to Flatotel. The different entertainment Flatotel has every night that starts from 10 to 11pm by the outdoor pool side has been very good, such as flamingo show and good solo singers.

Breakfast is catered more on cooked meats, maube Mediterraneanstyle. But could do with English breakfast style, as the sausages, beans and tomato they offered was very poor in quality and taste. ONE of the three Elevators keeps breaking down, could do with having more elevators and functioning since they have 9 to 11 floors!!! Building furniture also quite old and some with minor issues. The beach across by the road to access has rocks and pebbles, needed to take a bus ride half way back to the center "Torremolinos" for sandy beaches and better entertainment.

Beds were average at best. We asked for more pillows & got what can only be described as a skinny draft excluder. Sunbeds with no cushions we’re extremely uncomfortable. No bar facilities in the hotel.

Great experience

The swimming pool area was very relaxing. The pool itself was perfect temperature and one end of it was over 2m deep which makes it not too crowded with all the kids that could get in the way. The other side of the pool was shallow making it good for relaxing and for the kids to play. The sea view from my room on the 10th floor was spectacular. The room overlooks a golf course, the pool and the street too. The service was very good. I asked a question about whether they have an iron through the booking.com app, and I was surprised that they came knocking on my door with the iron. It was very sweet of them. I found it difficult to book an Uber at some point during my stay as I don't speak Spanish, and so the reception staff booked me a taxi very quickly. Overall it was a great stay.

The breakfast was a little average with basic options to choose from. It gets boring after a few days. The room was clean but not very well; the wardrobe drawers were very dusty. I was also expecting coffee/tea sachets in the room like most hotels but there were none. The lifts are very slow and old. The gaming room was very hot and not suitable if you're staying at the hotel during summer. The beds were a little old and squeaky. They would make a lot of noise when you're tossing and turning at night. Overall those reasons didn't make my stay bad. I was still happy and I would probably come back again.

The apartment was big and spacious. Bed was comfy. Plenty of wardrobe space. Shower in our room was great. Beautiful balcony to relax in. Pool area and pool bar were really good. Staff there were amazing, entertainer by pool area was lovely and made sure to include everyone. He always said hello and he was so funny doing aquagym and water polo. The lifeguard was also very nice. Food at property was also good. Buses right outside hotel to take you Fuengirola, Benalmadena, Malaga etc. Hotel was good value for money. Lovely supermarket only 10 minutes walk away too.

It could be painted and updated. Not enough hangers for clothes to be hung up in wardrobe. Some areas of the apartment could be cleaned a little better ie top of fridge was very dusty.

We didn't eat there. We are happy with the location but it us quite far from the marina. 1 hour walk approximately.

Great base for a nearby wedding.

Spacious room, friendly staff especially the lady in the breakfast room. Good selections at breakfast. Lovely views along coast and across the bay. Pool was lovely. Nice bar. Microwave and fridge in room. Mini supermarket on site.

Many schools and groups use this hotel so it could be very noisy til midnight with kids running around. Location was good for us as going to a wedding nearby but there's not much else nearby. Best beaches are a bus ride away. Local buses are frequent and cheap though. We weren't able to get a late check-out although info sheet implied this would be available on request. No chairs or mirror in room.

Very noisy...drunk people come to the rooms at 2-3 O'clock morning and made heavy noise, stress us

I booked a sea view room, but they gave me a room which was not really looking to the sea. to see the sea, I needed to go to the balcony and turn by 90 degree to see somehow a small part of the see...this was not real see view. rooms were semi clean, staff were very busy not really have time to answer to us. very noisy at midnight many people get back to the rooms at 2-3 O'clock morning totally drunk and made heavy noise and fight in the corridors and rooms, made lots of stress to us.
