The restaurant staff, especially Alberto, were very good.
They used to make veggie food twice a day for us. The only problem was that there was a very limited choice. T
The restaurant opening times are late.
You are not allowed free drinks in the sister hotels even though you have gone all inclusive.
The reception staff were also very helpful.
Evening entertainment also starts very late at 10pm. Due to this, the audiences were limited.

Reception staff welcoming and also fantastic at check out.
Bar and restaurant staff friendly and helpful.
Room clean, would benefit from having a washing up sponge and washing up liquid to wash coffee cups, just an idea :-)
Every area clean.
Loved the waterfall feature in the central lobbies.
Food was lovely, everyone is so hard working, well done to all. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay.
