Hotel was in a great location. Housekeeping daily. Easy check-in, check-out. Would stay again :-)
Air conditioning spat out water, dangerous as above electrical switch. My telephone and apple watch got the water the 1st night while charging. Thankfully no lasting damage.
No courtesy room to shower before departure.

Great location and clean room.
Good selection of food at breakfast but food not always warm enough.
Good food at pool bar and reasonable prices.
Lack of parasols around rhe pool was a concern especially with small children around.
Staff not always the friendliest, reception staff smiled more at Spanish guests.
Some staff were very happy and smiley especially the staff who cleaned our room.
Restaurant manager was a nice friendly man and very helpful.
Entertainment was a poor, games around the pool but not everyone was asked to join in.
Having to pay for a pool towel and safe was poor.

Great location for shops, bars restaurants & beach.
We booked sea view which was great.
Breakfast was excellent although could get a little chaotic
Beds very hard & not comfortable
The pillows were terrible, with no softness.
I stay in a lot of hotels & the bed & pillows definitely are about as bad as I have encountered during last 5 years!
Made for uncomfortable sleep.
