The hill up to the apartment , but we hired mobility scooters also I'm a coeliac which would be glutenfree food so nome in the shop which meant I had to go up in a taxi to supermarket and little restaurant at pool could have glutenfree stuff on its menu .

Great stay with some issues.

The location is brilliant, right next to the beach that has a large variety of shops, bars and restaurants. The pool slides are great as well.

The pool area was extremely busy. €5 per day per person for a sun bed, otherwise you will have to put a towel on the floor. Our apartment was a studio and only had one chair for us to sit in. Parking was difficult as well as it was almost always full.

The location was really good The pool was lovely however the slides are dangerous few people including myself hurt themselves on it

The accommodations provided were not like the accommodations in the photos not in anyway There was no bed in my room just two foldout leather couches and the blinds didn't work so all there was, was white curtains to stop people looking in room The accommodations on the picture are in the same building but what we got was not what is shown on booking.com

Location was good Studio got the afternoon sun which I liked Bathroom was adequate Shower very good

My Studio. Was ok but there was no where to sit and watch. T V except on the bed. The 2 stool at the breakfast d bar were of now use apart from if you had to eat. , WHAT I thought was an arm chair was in fact another bed. Impossible to sit down on it you were on the floor practically. The lighting only is ok at the front door end There is no light if you want to read in bed The 2 bedside lights are of no use I thought that as the washing machine is all in Spanish directions can how to use it would have been very helpful. T V was disappointing Only Spanish programs. Restaurant and Bar. Closed Nothing open It was like a Morgue

Rooms booked not as described, all rooms on our booking stated come with balcony and something we all consider very standard “Bed” - one of our rooms given had a fold up single bed that wasn’t made up and a sofa that kind of turned into a sofa bed but it was awful , this room also had a window looking at a tree, the AC was a floor standing unit that went via a vent through the window meaning the window didn’t shut correctly allowing the bugs a free entrance staff very unhelpful regarding changing this room, communication only via what’s app as the only staff member present couldn’t speak a word of English , the communicator via what’s app - unhelpful , adamant no other rooms was available despite them showing as available on booking.com. the pool wrist band situation awful , mine never worked which resulted in security telling me to go to reception , go to main reception they can’t help as have to go to the other reception where they only work 10am-2pm so make sure you plan ahead to have any issues between this times - obviously the other rooms we had were as described only issues with them rooms was security, no Safe , balcony doors that don’t lock and despite having wind down shutters they also don’t lock All in all if the awful room had been sorted it would of made the trip better , but after paying €1400 for our rooms plus another €400 room deposit (which we eventually got back ) we expected better service regarding the complaint on the awful room

Was in Benalmadena for a family wedding and had a fantastic stay

Pool and bar facilities ,staff were very friendly and co operative .Location was excellent .

Had to pay an extra €100 when booking in ,not sure what this was for .Is this refundable at end of stay subject to apartment being left in a satisfactory condition .Receptionist could not satisfactorily answer the question due to language difficulties .If it is an extra service charge I would not be happy at all and would not use either the facility or the web site again .If the €100 is refunded as we left the apartment as we found it ,then that is fine .Not sure whether this arrangement was included in the on line booking .
