Overall, a comfortable stay with great staff and amenities, though the cleanliness could be improved.

Nice locality, easy access to the promenade. Good selection of breakfast. Rooms were very spacious, very comfortable bed, had a balcony overlooking the sea. Staff were friendly & kind.

I felt it was a bit far from many neighbouring attractions like colomare castle, Benalmadena pueblo, train station- arroyo de la meil . Accessible by bus or uber. When I arrived, I found the toilet was soiled & it wasn’t well cleaned.

A NICE SHORT BREAK 🤗

Great hotel, in a perfect location Rooms were spacious and modern, the beds were huge and very comfortable Nice pool area and lots of different levels of garden which are secluded and quiet, it's also got a roof top terrace Lots of choice at breakfast time

The only criticism of this hotel was that the cooked breakfast food was cold, even when it was brought out fresh out of the kitchen Apart from this, we thought it was a great place to stay

A very enjoyable stay

The double room had a comfortable bed which was a proper double not two singles pushed together. We had Dove toiletries which were lovely and fresh towels daily. The view over the sea was amazing. The staff were really friendly and helpfu. I had a massage and the guy responded to my requests. The guys who organised the games were excellent too! Definitely going back there.

A neighbour got free wine but we didn’t

Poor entertainment which finished early. Lack of atmosphere by day such as no music. Catered mostly to the elderly and not younger couples we usually stay in the hotel but this holiday we ended up having to go out for entertainment purposes

Lovely and relaxing

The Breakfast was brilliant, a huge variety of choices, all cooked freshly, room was lovely, very cleans and brilliant views from the balcony, we was on the 6th floor with a sea view! Pool area is great, large pool and plenty of beds, would definitely recommend this hotel, its suited for adults whether for a long holiday or a short stay.

Excellent location, decent sized rooms, excellent breakfast lots of with lots of choices, beach front very friendly and helpful reception staff.

Rooms are a bit shabby and could do with an uplift. Was unhappy to see several children there, this is advertised as an adult hotel that is why we booked. Another guest said that if the holiday is booked through booking.com and a family turn up with children they do not get turned away. This is unfair as the attraction of an adult hotel appeals to a lot of people.

The hotel is quite old and tired. The timber overlay floor in the room was in poor condition, loose and noisy. Should have used tiles. The area of Benalmedena is run down and dirty, not a good look to attract tourism.

Really enjoyed it, such a great location, staff were all lovely and extremely helpful.

Breakfast was lovely, freshly cooked eggs and waffles as to be expected as most hotel restaurants have this. Cereals, breads, pastries, fruit, continental and cooked food really could not fault it apart from the juice. Room was really nice and facing the sea as requested. Maid was lovely. My 88 yo mum (Rm525) was with us too and the maid on her floor was absolutely lovely making sure she was ok.

Sadly as the hotel was in Spain I was expecting fresh orange juice bearing in mind oranges are synonymous with the country and not a diluted type of drink, that would have been a good idea and a 10/10 for breakfast. Room just a bit tired, broken tile at the bathroom door which was really obvious. Dinner was not good at all I ended up eating salad. I asked if it was possible to have lunch rather than dinner but that wasn’t an option, however Hotel Bali could do that. I’m sure a lot of food is wasted for the evening service. Chicken and meat with bones in is fine but not in a stew or sauce dish as you just can’t see what you are eating.

Not a 4-star hotel

Location was great, since it was near the beach. Hotel has also good AC.

Where should I start... First, name of the hotel on booking is not the same as actual name of hotel and finding it using google maps is problematic. The hotel is OK but it is not a 4-star hotel. The rooms and the hotel are not clean as they should be. Facilities are quite beaten up and need renovation (long past due). Shower does not have door so you could easily make a flood in the bathroom since it does not have good drainage. The sheets are not changed daily as well as bathroom supplies. The beds are horrible to sleep in since you can feel every spring inside the mattress. There is a lack of variety in the buffet. They charge parking 15 euros a day, which would be fine if it is not a street parking without any security. For many things they ask for a deposit such as pool towels ( 20 euros) and parking ramp remote (40 euros). The staff is not very helpful. E.g. the hotel has pool table, but the lady at the reception did not know how we can use it ( it is not free for use). The drinks are not included in the half board. Overall, would not recomend it. This is not a 4-star hotel and it is overpriced.

Great location and lovely pool area.

There was plenty of choice at breakfast and there was always an empty table. You could eat inside or out. The location is straight out on to the beach front.

There was some huge wall lights that I can only desctibe has headlights that were ridiculously bright. There was a lift but as we were on the top flor we were constantly queuing for the lift up or down. 2 lifts is not enough for the amount of people in the lift and they are very small.

Nice location

Black beetle in the bathroom. Sewage not maintained. Cleaning personnel stole money from us, more exact 200EUR stolen from the room at the end of our stay at the hotel. We reported it, and the personnel in the reception did absolutely nothing to investigate it. Poor service.
