This was our 1st stay at the hotel. Very impressed by the condition and cleanliness of the hotel. It was gorgeous. Our room was large and had enough storage space / tea & coffee facilities fot that morning brew. it also had itv1 and bbc1 which is something rare in hotels but appreciated watching gmb each morning. The breakfast was fabulous and all the staff at the hotel were very pleasant and helpful. The cons- no aircon end March as hotel dosent turn it on till later in season we were roasting so didnt sleep well at all. We couldnt open the window as road was too noisy and even with patio window closed we could still hear traffic.it was single glazed. The drains kept making a very loud noise we worked out it was coming from above on other rooms really made me really jump waking me up. The lifts kept going up and down you couldnt get to where you were going at busy times mainly breakfast. I would stay here again but pick my months carefully cause of aircon and would request top floor .

Front desk staff were wonderful.. they are storing our bags till we arrive back to the hotel for a 3 night stay. The Roof top bar had a really good fire show, cocktails and fires and blankets to keep you warm. Great location

Rooms were perfect however we would have appreciated a non smoking one as our neighbours smoke kept lingering into ours. Spa facilities quite run down and need a renovation, hot tub was cold.

Great hotel with great staff! Only the dinner buffet could improve a little and the food labelling could improve (there were some options containing pork not labelled properly). Nevertheless the staff is super helpful and goes the extra mile to get you any required information and make you feel comfortable. To get to the beach you need to walk down about 2 flights of stairs - maybe not ideal for elderly or disabled people.

Great hotel, staff incredibly friendly. Clean and fabulous location on the beach. Perfect to walk to Marina and Benalmadena Old Town and bus & train service to Malaga so easy from this hotel. Roof top bar has amazing views great for evening cocktails and the breakfast at the hotel is also excellent. Highly recommend

Hotel was in a good convenient location. On the plus side —— There was a problem with wardrobe sliding door when we arrived. We reported this, and maintenance person arrived within 5 mins and resolved the problem. The hotel was clean, and our room was cleaned in a very timely manner On the down side —— The bathroom did not have a washbasin. There were 2 washbasins outside the bathroom, even though there was plenty of room in the bathroom, which we thought was bizarre. There were 2 USB sockets on one side of the bed, and no USB sockets on the other side

This is the third time we have stayed here because we love it so much! It is a fabulous hotel with amazing views over the beach and the port. The staff are wonderful and do everything they can to make your stay special. Rooms are clean and spacious. We stayed in a corner room with a great balcony and beautiful views. Prices in the bars are reasonable and the sky bar is worth a visit. There are steps down to the beach and some great restaurants nearby. I particularly recommend Las Brisas on the seafront. We also visited the London Cafe Bar across the road from the hotel several times. Pool area is well cared for. The only downside are the selfish guests who insist in ‘reserving’ sun beds with towels every morning at 8am. We amused ourselves watching them scuttle around from our balcony but it is a very annoying practice! Breakfast is great with lots of choice. This is a wonderful hotel and we are already planning our next visit. We used Uber to transfer from airport for 18 Euros.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Only thing is the beach towels usage, they only allow 1 beach towel for your entire stay and unless you pay for a new towel. We stayed a total of 5 nights and they charge extra if you want a fresh towel. For a 4 star hotel, towel servixe should be included. Another thing is the inifinity pool has a glass panel at the end of the pool, it isnt cleaned very well. Its foggy and dirty and you cant really see through it clearly which loses the charm of the infinity pool.
