A good hotel, the personell was not that service minded . The room was not sound isolated and I could clearly the conversation in the next room and the tv was to small. The hotel had a good location and has newly been refurbished

This hotel is perfectly located for the marina. We had a family room and the space was amazing, especially the wrap around balcony. The entertainment team were wonderful in keeping the kids happy. Would definitely visit this hotel again infact iv already looked at rebooking

There was a building construction going on just across the street from our room. So it was very very noisy. Reception staff were lovely and friendly as were the housekeeping staff. Bar staff weren’t at all helpful or friendly in any way.

A lot of building work going on outside hotel. Alarm from crane bleeping all night, kept us awake. We are early risers, but had to wait for a coffee until restaurant opened at 11am, after the breakfast had finished. Pool not open until 10am and the que was horrendous, especially in the open sun. Card payment only and card reader went down and could not even get a bottle of water. Asked if we could leave room number and pay when card reader back up and running but was refused. Not the best experience I am afraid

It was ok. Not what we used to. Staff were helpful at reception. But i had to make it clear i wanted what i paid for.. they did move us Pool does not open untill 10am too late . Crazy people running for sun bed. Very pretty around pool and clean too. Food was nice, drinks too. Very close to harbour and some shops , resturants. Good location. Turn right out of hotel , lots going on. .

The hotel is well located, it’s clean and tidy, yes there is a lot of working going on around the hotel and noise can be heard but overall it doesn’t ruin the hotel, I have stayed here many times and like the hotel, they always help with my requests of a high floor away from the lifts.

Lovely clean hotel. Needs more storage in bedrooms. Tea & coffee not replenished by maids unless I asked every day at reception. Disappointed with breakfast, plenty choice, but hot buffet was luke warm and bread for toast stale and some toasters not working. Only went for breakfast twice out of our 4 day stay.

The location is great. Close to the beach and restaurants. It is really close to the local bus stop for excursions so that was a definite plus for me. The hotel itself is a bit run down in the rooms and some of the areas were closed, particularly the outdoor patio bar. The buffet breakfast was okay, nothing out of the ordinary fare but coffee was out of one of those press and pou machines so that was disappointing. Entertainment was a bit cheesy. The pool area is wonderful with gardens and lots of palm trees around. Water was too cold to really swim but that was due to the weather not being warm enough yet to heat it up by the sun. Staff were friendly and helpful. All in all, a good choice for location and outdoor pool area. Didn't like the fact that it was a card only payment system.

There were constructions at the road across the street. with noise after 07:00 in the morning. The kids club room was nothing compare the foto's. Its a small fuzzy, bad room. We asked the reception and they told us they are not responsible for the photo's on the website.... We travelled with a one year old baby and bad facilities for kids at this time. There was everyday music and pool activities. Maybe heat- up the pool in October? it was freezing cold. We did get an upgrade to JS se we had enough playground for our baby. Thank you for the quick service. Wee had for 2 days no room cleaned. My Mother had her own room and her airco was broken for almost 3 days...After many times asking the reception it was fixed.

Hotel is nice but not 4 star. It is expensive for what you get. Awful experience at checking in with the receptionist. Our room was fine with a small balcony looking out onto 2 building sites. I didn’t mind the view so much as the noise which started very early in the morning, I think if we had been pre warned it would have been better. The breakfast was really good with a good choice. I only went to dinner once. I found the quality of the food awful. The bar staff are very pleasant and under quite a lot of stress with the wristband system I do feel sorry for them but the queues for drinks is terrible easily up to 10 to 15 people at a time. After 2 nights we stayed away from the hotel for the evenings. Crazy to pay for a kettle in the room. Location was great but won’t be staying again. Please give customer service training to your receptionists they are so unhelpful.

The place always looked clean, smelled fresh and had reception 24 hours, also lemon or cucumber water on the reception desk for free.The rooms were nice with a balcony, 2 chairs and small table. Nice shower room.There is also a safe you can hire. We went self catering and were given a blue band that reception could add money too for the bar as they don't take cash. The pool is nice goes up to 5ft at the deep end. Lots of beds around the pool and on the grass behind but limited umbrellas. There is a large seating area by the bar with tables and chairs you can order small snacks along with your drinks. Also a large canopy area where you can chill or have a nap. There is a gym and small hot tub and next to them there is a door that leads to the main part of the marina, local supermarket, bars, restaurants and if you follow left or right it will take you over to more shops and the beach's. The only problem we had was the maid did not close our room door properly twice after cleaning during our 10 night stay. Nothing was taken but we were upset about it. The manager was nice and dealt with the problem himself. From malaga airport we ordered an uber and it cost around $23 for the 20 minute ride or you can take a train €3 and then a taxi. We didnt dine there so dont know what the meals were like but there was usually a que at the bar due to only 1 or 2 staff serving.
