A nice hotel that is clean, has everything you need but lacks a bit of refinement.

Well located for exploring out, great pool area (but busy), very friendly helpful staff, amazing breakfast, entertainment put on some nights, easy check in. Indoor pool, sauna and hot tub were a lovely addition.

Noise from the main road that is pretty constant, hotel felt a little plain but did cover all the bases. Parking charges. The rooms are quite small but adequate.

Sunshine in February what’s not to like.

Very clean, staff were professional friendly and very helpful, the pool bar food was very good, great location with access to the beach. Facilities excellent. We were hotel only so didn’t experience the buffet restaurant. We were so impressed with everything and will definitely return in the future.

Breakfast seemed a little expensive at 19€, per persons so we opted not to.

Relaxing stay, great facilities, with friendly staff, hope to come again next year

The hotel was was very well maintained, all areas were modern and clean and bright. The rooms were well designed and again very clean with lovely furnishings and a nice balcony with amazing views. Fantastic breakfast with beautiful sunrise.

Great location on the beach by the beach, staff were friendly and very helpful. Pool area had lots of space (although we were out of holiday season, I can imagine it’s quite cramped in the height of summer) with comfy sun loungers.

In some places it needed decorating (looks like it hadn’t been finished) - but it didn’t detract from the holiday. Drinking at the bar was double what you could spend along the beach front. Indoor “hot tub” was at the low end of the temperature range - would have been nice to have been a little hotter in the cooler months.

Good

We were honestly a bit surprised by the hotel’s very high rating compared to what we experienced in reality, but it is only fair to start with the positives. First of all, the hotel staff truly deserve praise. We travel quite a lot and often stay in hotels for work, but rarely have we encountered such genuinely friendly, warm and helpful staff and this applies to everyone. The reception team is kind and professional, but the kitchen staff, including the waiters and housekeeping, were exceptional. Leaving a small treat for our child after room cleaning was a very thoughtful gesture. The rooms are cleaned well and regularly. The SPA is not large, but it is open until 8 p.m., not overcrowded, and very conveniently accessible. We stayed in January, but I imagine the outdoor pool is a pleasant feature during the warmer summer months. The food selection is broad, although I would suggest some variation at breakfast. While dinner options changed and were quite diverse (we stayed for 11 nights), breakfast was always exactly the same. The location and infrastructure are very convenient — restaurants nearby, the sea just next to the hotel, shops close by, and Malaga is only about a 20-minute drive away.

Now for the less pleasant part - cleanliness. I am not a perfectionist, but even for me this was surprising. The plates in the kitchen / buffet area are simply not properly clean. Take one plate, turn it over. Then take the next one, and the next. In about 90% of cases the underside of the plate is dirty — often even greasy. If I were running this hotel, I would immediately invest in new plates. Please do so. I discussed this with another guest and we came to exactly the same conclusion: the kitchenware is being washed very poorly. The SPA area also needs more attention to cleanliness, especially the corner around the pool entrance, which clearly needs regular cleaning. Food at the SPA floor bar is below any acceptable standard (drinks are fine). My child was served a burnt pizza, and I was served overcooked pasta - the kind that has clearly been forgotten in boiling water for 20 minutes. That day there was a strong storm and we did not want to argue, but in hindsight I regret not asking for a refund. Perhaps we were just unlucky that day, or perhaps the kitchen was under stress because of the weather, but regardless, kitchen hygiene is not optional. Please wash your dishes properly. Overall, thank you for the warm welcome, and we wish you all the best going forward. I am giving a higher rating solely because of the outstanding housekeeping staff.

Loved the design of the room - clean, very comfortable with a balcony and sea view. Breakfast and dinner were delicious - buffet style. Everyone could find something to their taste.

Okay but unlikely to book in future

We chose the apartment, which is separate from the rest of the property, was on the sea side which makes it s great place to be in, the kitchen is quite good, the washing machine is an additional advantage though it was not working properly

The bathroom was miserable, the commode overflows and the dirty water leaks out which makes the stink unbearable, we had to keep mopping the floor to keep the place hygienic, very unfortunate experience for a premium suite

Great easy getaway

We had a great room on too floor. It was our 1st wedding anniversary and the decorated our room. And left a bottle of fizz for us. The temperature in our room was great. As it was November I think it was set to a warm temperature. It was perfect. Would definitely recommend.

The pool which was lovely was very cold. But as you are just up a few steps from a great beach which is fine in the summer, but a bit to cold to swim in during the winter months.

Beach access is great. Bus stop is right in front of the hotel. Very friendly stuff - they even decorated the room mirror on my birthday which was an incredibly nice surprise together with a bottle of Cava 😍 Thank you for everything!! ✨

The location was amazing the staff were very friendly & helpful. Beautiful views from the pool , the buffet terrace and the lovely rooftop bar. Breakfast was perfect.

While the pool area was very pleasant with fabulous sea views, I found the sun loungers were just too close to each other, absolutely no space at all between them. In saying that there were always sun loungers available and they were comfortable.

The hotel was clean and the staff were excellent. The pool looks over the beach and it takes less than 2 minutes to walk to the beach from the hotel. The food was great and the service was great. There is also a spa, I got treatments and they were fantastic. There is also a gym and great facilities. We got the half board and felt it was good value for money. Would definitely come back.

A lovely room, perfect location with the nicest staff, especially the room cleaner Jenifer - I would have liked a room closer to the beach, but once the doors where closed, it was lovely and quiet. I think it would be worth paying extra for the sunset rooms. would definitely return to this hotel
