Excellent location and views from the room (sea view room). Pool was lovely, and always had free sun loungers with a comfy cushion top. Breakfast had a great selection and wasn’t too busy. Lovely view of pool and sea from restaurant seating area.

Pool was quite cold, but you got used to it quickly in the sunshine!

Fabulous location & sea views, a little gem.

The location was amazing the staff were very friendly & helpful. Beautiful views from the pool , the buffet terrace and the lovely rooftop bar. Breakfast was perfect.

While the pool area was very pleasant with fabulous sea views, I found the sun loungers were just too close to each other, absolutely no space at all between them. In saying that there were always sun loungers available and they were comfortable.

The views from this hotel our outstanding, if you want to get away from it to chill out then this is the hotel for you, definitely worth paying for a front view room, l was honestly happy just spending the mornings and evening’s sitting on the balcony enjoying the amazing view.

The hotel was clean and the staff were excellent. The pool looks over the beach and it takes less than 2 minutes to walk to the beach from the hotel. The food was great and the service was great. There is also a spa, I got treatments and they were fantastic. There is also a gym and great facilities. We got the half board and felt it was good value for money. Would definitely come back.

Lovely stay in Benalmadena

A lovely room, perfect location with the nicest staff, especially the room cleaner Jenifer - I would have liked a room closer to the beach, but once the doors where closed, it was lovely and quiet. I think it would be worth paying extra for the sunset rooms. would definitely return to this hotel

Superb Hotel

The whole experience was 100% From the initial communication after booking through to our very early checkout, everything was spot on and efficiently organised The hotel is immaculate, fresh and clean with a beautiful aroma all the way through to our room. It is located on the beachfront with access to the beach via a few steps at the side of the hotel. Sunlounge hire at the beach is 14eu for 2 all day Hotel spa facilities were great with jacuzzi, thermal showers and indoor pool.There is also access to the infinity pool and sun loungers next to the spa. Thoroughly recommend the salt scrub massage , all the staff in spa are brilliant and communicated via what's app to ensure our booking was planned as requested. BIG shout out to Jimena from room service, you are fantastic, many thanks for the treats and replacing our water bottles! There is a good variety of local restaurants nearby and at the marina which is about 15- 20min walk away. Recommend the hop on bus for sightseeing and a ride on the cable car overlooking the town. Evening entertainment was also thoroughly fantastic, especially the flamenco dancers. Thank you Benalmadena Beach Hotel We are definitely going to return !

Lifts are a bit temperamental,. 1 was out of order and were often overcrowded in the evening. As we were on 3rd floor, we didn't mind using the stairs but it may be difficult for those staying on higher floors

Lovely stay in Benalmadena

Breakfast was excellent, buffet style with everything you could possibly want from fully cooked to continental and everything in between, well stocked and regularly replenished. There was also fresh cooked omelettes, eggs etc. Only had dinner once, which was buffet style, again excellent. The hotel was spotlessly clean as was the outside and the pool area. The bed was very comfortable and the shower really good.

The room was a little on the smaller side with cheapish furniture for the price paid. The hotel says towels are not allowed to be placed on sun loungers before being used, but this isn't policed was was happening. Not that that was a problem because there were plenty of sun loungers to go round in mid May, don't know if that would be a problem in high season.

Relaxing stay at a lovely Hotel

Booking.com cancelled my room because I didn't update my credit card when they sent me an email the day my daughter was getting married I only had a certain amount of time to update it My room was cancelled The staff at the Benalmadena beach hotel went out of their way to get my room back and they also gave me an upgrade The staff were so nice at the reception when we arrived Staff around the pool area were lovely especially Isabella who was very efficient and always had a smile We were there When the staff celebrated the hotel getting a high rating score and they all jumped into the pool including the manager fantastic Guess we're giving champagne 🍾 to celebrate Well deserved rating 👏 👏👏 Food was good Sky view bar was lovely Staff there also were welcoming and friendly Cleaning staff very efficient Rooms were spotless Definitely recommend this hotel And I'd stay here again as it's close to the marina Nice location close to the beach Not far from the old town that's worth a visit

Chilled couple of days, would return.

Location was very good, hotel spotlessly clean, staff friendly and helpful. Pool area a sun trap and plenty of sun loungers any time of the day. Bus stop straight outside making it very easy to explore wider area.

Food was tasty but was the odd dish was little dried up for evening meal as the hotel wasn’t full so it had been out a while.
