Exceptional service from staff all across the hotel. We were in Spain for the electricity blackout, and we barely noticed it as the staff kept everything running so smoothly. Great choice of food and drinks (we were all inclusive), rooms were spotless, and facilities in the hotel like the pool and the lounge areas were great. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and are already looking to go back, the hotel is in an excellent location, multiple bus services go by the hotel and the stops are outside, and a taxi as of 01 May 25 is €30 from Málaga Airport to the hotel.
Decor was a little dated and some areas of the hotel could do with a facelift (paint chipping etc.).

Food was terrible compared to last year.
And the restaurant was overcrowded.
We ate out each night as was either too busy or no food left worth eating c.

Food was good but snacks would be good around 21:00 to 22:00
The animation team some times kept pestering you

The entertainment team are fantastic however all the staff were excellent , friendly and helpful. Loads of activities during the day such as darts , sjoelen, bascially something on every hour. The food was varied and plenty of choice. Its a 20 minute taxi ride from Malaga airport. Beach is a short walk away .
My room was dated but I was in a single room and didn't want a balcony so didn't ask to be moved, my sister and friend were in a room that had been refurbished and was bright spacious and beautiful views. Wine was from taps in the restaurant but its a 3 star hotel and should be expected.

Bad smell in room 241 and 341.The food was ok, mostly something we could eat but was always luke warm or cold. The bread was always the freshest. The staff were friendly and worked hard, always on the ball and attentive. The entertainment staff were good too, always happy and didn’t push you to join in if you wanted to chill. The cleaners always happy to provide essentials. The location was great, across the road from beach and walking distance to harbour, it is up an incline though but manageable. Always a sun bed, went end of April for a week. Taxi to/from airport 30-35 euros. Reception can order taxi on return, arrives promptly. Read further.
DO NOT stay in single rooms 241 or 341, really bad smell of drains, shower cubicle tiny, couldn’t move arms once squeezed in, couldn’t sleep with the smell and had to pay extra to move to double as no other single room available. The reception knew about the smell as they said they have checked and there is no blockage, they should not let out these rooms. Room 244 next to lift so noisy and view of outside stairs from window. Food was nearly always cold as if the buffet heaters don’t work. Couple of times the chicken was very red or pink inside, couldn’t risk it then, food was mostly labelled. Desserts could be better but it is a smaller hotel and there was always ice-cream. Some pool side chairs need replacing as a bit cracked looking. No hairdryer in bathroom in single room but could get from reception. Also Wi-Fi did not work for nearly 3 days so had to direct ring family to say arrived safely and could not receive emails from booking.com regarding smelly rooms. Had to wait three days, clothes still packed to find out if I could move or upgrade room.

The food was great, always something to have. The staff are exceptional and are very accommodating. This is my second stay at this hotel and it was fantastic. It’s a smaller hotel much more relaxed.
Bar staff are very good too, funny and welcoming.
The rooms are cleaned daily to a very high standard. Overall cleanliness of hotel is also very high standard.
Evening entertainment relative each week. But that’s ok as plenty to do out and about.

the location was fantastic,
the all inclusive drinks where all un drinkable, dank over the road in a local bar , No area for adults only to sit and talk or relax. will use adult only hotels from now on,
way too many small infants.

The majority of the staff were lovely and friendly. The activities during the day were very enjoyable.
The man checking us out came across quite rude and uninterested in us now that we were leaving, was not particularly friendly and left a sour taste on our departure.
