The food is very good, but some things could be improved (the cakes), changed a bit — they are the same every evening (in the area where they are freshly fried) and foods could be a little more varied. Our family had a great holiday here

Hotel staff was the best. And by that I mean everyone working there, from cleaning services to pool lifeguard, the breakfast staff, cleaning personnel and of course the reception. Pools were great, the indoors pool had really warm water. Towel service regarding pool/beach towels. Good breakfast. Great room. Schedule based free shuttle service to beach. Shortcut road to nearby supermarket was convenient. The hotel is on top of a hill, it is manageable access on foot and they've made life easier for customers by allowing the entrance through parking hall below the hotel, by elevators which works as a shortcut. Everything was smooth and easy, really nice experience. Good family holiday. Thank you.

Great family hotel

Fantastic family holiday. All staff were friendly, especially lady that checked us in, restaurant staff and the kids club team. The kids club facilities and staff were amazing. The games room and movies were an added bonus. Hotel was clean and room was clean, bed comfortable and self catering facilities had everything you needed. We used the free shuttle bus on our last day which was a bonus. The indoor pool and spa facilities were good too. We stayed half board and enjoyed the food. We will definitely be back in the future. Located in walking distance to the beach and a supermarket.

Overall a lovely stay, and a good recommendation.

Staff excellent Cleanliness excellent Food variety especially breakfast extremely good. Dinner variety good .. sometimes better than others on different nights… personal choice I guess Drinks were quite reasonably priced . We only wanted a 2night stay but were told in January there was a minimum stay of 3 nights, but some reviews state they had a 2 night stay ..so that’s a little confusing.

Bedroom had sloping ceiling.. my husband is 6’3” and had to literally crawl to get into bed .. The maid was on her knees making the bed. Bath was quite difficult to get into as it was built into a recess. Difficult for me to use following hip surgery but would be dangerous when bathing a small child as you only have access to the back of the bath and a third of one side to grab a child should they topple over. Shower area also very dark. Water pressure on sinks and bidet poor.. but plenty of hot water to shower. I had to request a plug and a non slip mat from reception which was supplied quickly. Restaurant staff especially ‘Sandra’ very helpful and attentive.. only one waiter wasn’t particularly friendly but everyone else were helpful and followed good cleaning protocols. The indoor pool is lovely but too deep for weak swimmers such as myself.. usually a pool has a 1.1 metre depth but the pool is one depth all over..

We had a good stay overall and my daughter really loved it.

Breakfast was good, general services good, very clean rooms, all staff were friendly and helpful.

The only thing is that my daughter is 6 so we had two single beds and a sleeper couch. The sleeper couch didn't have a proper blanket and pillow like the nice ones on the bed. I also think that not filling up tea and coffee packets in the rooms and making people call reception for basic things like that was not great.

I liked the buffet breakfast and the nice staff.

The gym had weights far too light, no air con and no water available. The air con in the room was not strong enough. The large double bed was fine if sleeping alone but with two people, the mattress needed to be pocket sprung not open coil as when one person moved, so did the other person. We had to get a camp bed in the end.

It was clean and tidy, the food if your self catering is very expensive, plus bottled water cost alot from the hotel. There is a supermarket next door so go to that m.

There wasn’t an oven, there were ants in the bedroom, the air on wasn’t great either. the pool was run down and needs updating. Staff were amazing though.

Excellent hotel for familes

Lots of amenities for children (kids club, courts, chess etc) as well as entertainment for both kids and adults for most of the day (pool, bar etc). The food was excellent but could do with some better dessert options. The rooms are very big and again lots of amenities there (microwave, cutlery, fridge, kettle, drying line). This is one of the best hotels I had stayed and it is worth the money. The stuff are firendly and very accomodating. The lifeguards make sure the rules are followed which makes everyone's stay so much better. The entertainers are a highlight. The sea is close by and accesible by foot and so are the shops, atm and other cafes and bars.

Busy hotel with tons of in-house activities

I cant list all the activities provided in the hotel! Some are bunkers ! It is very close to the beach (walking distance) coin operated laundry mat and in-house parking (21 euro per night which is steep but available) .. good breakfast spread also

Fantastic family hotel.

All the staff were wonderful and made our stay fantastic. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and great facilities for a family. Kids loved the pool entertainment. We were two families holidaying together and we all loved it. Would definitely go back.

We had a wonderful stay, the only criticism would be that the drinks were quite expensive. 11 Euros for a Jack Daniels and Coke, and nearly 5 for a beer. Also you have to buy any drinks you want with dinner, whereas the drinks (juice , coffee) with breakfast were included. Some free water with dinner would be a nice option. Other than that, I would highly recommend the hotel.

The small pool was brilliant for my 3 year old . Indoor pool was good aswel to take him out of the sun

The food wasn’t great outside of breakfast . I found with having a toddler wasn’t a great selection outside of chips . He loves vegetables and fruit . Fruit was good at lunch and dinner but not at breakfast . Wasn’t really any separate vegetables The pasta was cold even though it was in the heated dish and the sauce for it was tasteless The pizza at lunch time was very doughy and the chicken nuggets from brown meat inside complete turn off Also air conditioning wasn’t working properly and woke up to out bathroom completely flooded they just came and sucked the water out of the roof wasn’t great looking Also the hill up to the hotel from the beach is hard with a buggy and a good 23/30 minute walk to marina Would be a better stay without children or older children in my opinion

Not a good experience overall

I gave this rating for specific reasons. We have travelled in many locations in Spain so I have terms of comparison. The room is great, it is a big apartment, really nice, the best I have stayed so far. The breakfast is great, cannot say the same about the dinner. The indoor pool and facilities are great too. The location is very good, close to the center and the beach.

I did not like few things that are quite important for someone that comes in vacation. Marcos, from the reception needs to learn hospitality, how to talk with guests, he has 0 skills for this. Even he needs to deliver a tough message to a guest, there are many ways to do it.The lifeguard lost the tshirt of my daughter because at 6pm, he took the towels and the personal belongings that were on the chair at the pool. This is not acceptable! if you leave the towel on the chair, at the pool more than 30 min, they remove it!!!(even you go to lunch at their restaurant). Additionally, the evening entertainment is the weakest I have seen in Spain, very poor and not well organized. The dinner also not offering quality, maybe it is better to put less food but better quality.However the stuff in the restaurant is very nice.

Good family friendly hotel

Rooms were very clean , alot of staff were great ,Mateo in particular from entertainment team was brilliant , so good with the kids & remembered their names after day one . Housekeeping were brilliant , especially Susanna Miriam and Wendy. I had a massage which was very good and very reasonably priced . Kids club was very good, kids loved it and runs throughout the day and evening . The breakfast was nice and great choices . The sports facilities were very enjoyable, well kept and reasonably priced . The hotel itself very clean . Reception staff very helpful and quick to deal with any questions or issues

I found it quite expensive for drinks . You're not allowed reserve pool side beds, which I fully agree with but there was a particular lifeguard who took this way to seriously . On two occasion I stepped to the designated smoking area and he would come to take towels from the bed, another time he stopped me on my way to lunch to ask why I didn't have my towels, I had to explain several family members were still at the beds , it all just felt very extreme . This is all while there was still around 20 beds free around the pool . I would understand more if there wasn't free beds for people but again I wasn't going far or leaving unoccupied . Also found them very strict on kids , fair enough no floaties as they can be deemed dangerous but no balls or toys allowed without lifeguard given out . I will say pool entertainment at 3 every day for 1 hour was great fun .Not allowed bring any food for kids to pool unless bought in restaurant , which was expensive ( again understand hot food but should be allowed bring your own snacks )

May, 2025 vacation with a family

We travelled in May 2025. Our daughter really liked Kids Club and Mini Disco during the day. Very nice pools. Free parking spots are limited but we found where to park everytime. We had side sea view room which we enjoyed a lot. Also we were surprised by the size of the room. Freshly pressed orange juice and cava during the breakfast.

Only one drawback was buffet which was a bit repetitive and overwhelming with offers which at the end were with very similar taste. They should go for the quality but not for the quantity.

Every where was Spotless, room was spacious and had everything, plenty of storage. All Staff were exceptional, so friendly and helpful at all times. Gave a lovely feel to the place.

Great staff. Sergio was the best, always smiling and greeting people, even though running all day long meeting everyone's expectations. All other were nice too 😊 A good range of food (including great sweets, snacks, fruits and many more ), however not too many dishes for kids. Beny the tiger mascot was the most loved one by my kids. 🥰

Food on the first day was a bit salty. Not too much food for kids. The best shows, mainly at 22:15 are way too late for families with kids ~ would be better to have them earlier.

Lovely hotel in a great spot, very clean and very friendly staff, food was great at lunch around pool etc loads activities on for younger kids 10 and under. Amusement arcade was great too.

Upon checking we had early flights so room wasn’t ready until 4pm ended up with a different room than what we paid for would suggest prioritising cleans etc for early flights make check in more comfortable had to sit about waiting for hours and we weren’t the only ones happened every day, food was ok theme nights make do with what’s there really, not really much on the side of entertainment at pool for older kids slides and games etc all catered for kids under 10, also kids in pool not aloud balls, floats, inflatables etc and most importantly get told to take a tshirt of that’s protecting them from burning( for hygiene reasons staff pick and choose who to tell off)

The bed settee when used, blocked the apartment door, so in the case of fire this would have been an obstacle in our evacuation.
