The service is very professional, with a smile, and of a high standard. The breakfasts are delicious. The hotel offers various attractions for children and adults. You won't be bored. We highly recommend it.

Hotel met my expectations. At the time of our visit it was quite full, but still rooms were quiet and even cleaning staff were considerate. Wifi was great in all areas, even by the pool. Lovely warm indoor pool with a charming lifeguard, but the pleasant stay at the pool was mostly destroyed by screaming children in the water and parents not doing anything about it. There is a time in the morning when children are not allowed, I believe it was from 8am to 11am. After that, bring earplugs. And nerves of steel. Sauna and steam room are amazing and access to indoor pool is very easy. You'll receive a bathrobe and a towel after giving a deposit which is returned at your departure at reception. Uber taxi conveniently picked us up at the hotel's entrance for trips out. Reception staff nice, smiley and professional. Restaurant staff looked stressed most of the time, but cosidering the amount of work, maybe it is not so surprising. Still did very professional job and were very quick to remove the used plates and glasses from the table. Drinks were not free apart from those at breakfast. Lovely sparkling wine at breakfast and the fresh orange juice was amazing! Made right in front of you. We received a welcome free drink, thanks for that! On the last day, they packed us a picnic type breakfast because our flight was very early in the morning. Much appreciated. There was a lot of food to choose from in the restaurant and every day was a different cousine, however, the quality of the food was not up to standard most of the time. Varierty was good, but especially on Asian dinner, food was surprisingly tasteless. Could be just a matter of personal taste, thought. Desserts were a bit disappointing as well. Still, all in all, a very pleasant stay, thanks to all the staff and also very pleasant cleaning ladies! Would go again and I suggest you to come visit as well. Maybe take some extra salt and pepper at dinner. ;)

Beds too soft but matter of personal preference. Screaming, crying children at the pool and relax areas. Also screaming, crying children- at meal times, during dinner particulary. A bit of a steep climb to the hotel, but still managable.

Great location, next to a supermarket and to the quieter side of the local beach. Perfect for families. Very friendly staff. Good breakfast. The lunch on Christmas day was amazing. My 6-year old kid loved the mini-disco they do every evening. Great, heated, indoor poor, with sauna.

I was on the 4th floor and could hear the music from the bar/disco. But not loud enough to disturb sleep. I imagine if your room was closer to the bar, you would have more trouble. The games area (mini bowling, air hockey) is paid. Which makes sense but disappointed me as I didn't get this impression from looking at the photos and hotel description.

Location was excellent, staff were friendly, it was clean and rooms were spacious

The food is very good, but some things could be improved (the cakes), changed a bit — they are the same every evening (in the area where they are freshly fried) and foods could be a little more varied. Otherwise, everything was very good. Thank you for everything, we’ll be back!”🥰

Hotel staff was the best. And by that I mean everyone working there, from cleaning services to pool lifeguard, the breakfast staff, cleaning personnel and of course the reception. Pools were great, the indoors pool had really warm water. Towel service regarding pool/beach towels. Good breakfast. Great room. Schedule based free shuttle service to beach. Shortcut road to nearby supermarket was convenient. The hotel is on top of a hill, it is manageable access on foot and they've made life easier for customers by allowing the entrance through parking hall below the hotel, by elevators which works as a shortcut. Everything was smooth and easy, really nice experience. Good family holiday. Thank you.
