Nordik Apartments Village - Arroyo "Rovaniemi"

The apartment's location is really convenient, 5 minutes walk from the train station, a few bus stops are nearby as well. The nearest beach is around 20-25 minutes walk with a very nice park on the way. The nearest supermarket is a few minutes walk away. Apartments are quite big with two separate bedrooms and a living room, so there was enough space for a family of 4 persons. Bed mattresses were comfortable and air-conditioners are present in each bedroom as well as in a living room. New and clean washing machine and a big fridge. Clear and detailed access instructions that were really helpful upon the late arrival.

The quality of cleaning was poor, we needed to open the windows after arrival to remove an unpleasant smell and clean the floors next day. Also we met a few big cockroaches in a bathroom during our stay. Not all the facilities are the same quality, for example, new styling bathroom sink and, at the same time, tired toilet and shower. The same, we had more than enough bath towels and a lack of beddings. Folding table in the kitchen doesn't work and there was a lack of small kitchenware pieces, like strainer and grater. Also there were 3 chairs only for 4 people. No bedside lamps at all, only an uncomfortably bright seiling lights. The next day after arrival we got a message from the management team, they asked is all ok, maybe we need something and we sent them an answer and politely asked to add a few pieces we really needed, but didn't hear back from them anymore. All these small details make a general impression from the apartments worse than it could really be... Also, it is good to know, that the apartments are located in a block of flats, it is not a specific tourist's location, it wasn't a problem for us at all, rather a preference, but it might not be convenient for somebody else.

Appartement très propre, bien équipé et confortable. L’emplacement est pratique et calme. Le personnel était accueillant et réactif. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Rien de particulier à signaler. Tout s’est bien passé.

La ubicación y el colchón cómodo

No tenía almohadas, solo cojines pequeños. Las camas solo tenía la sábana bajera, tenías que taparte con la colcha, cosa que no es tan agradable como una sábana. Tienes que entrar a partir de las 15:00 y tiene que salir a las 10:00 de la mañana, o sea que la reserva no es un día completo, es el primer sitio donde a las 10:00 tengo que estar fuera.
