Great place to stay and central

The member of staff was so helpful as I needed a chair as I was working so I was upgraded to a lower floor room for this as I did not really like lifts either!! The room had everything and I needed a kettle and hair drier and I was given this too. Room very comfortable. Thoroughly recommend for a hostel.

Slightly noisy due to the hotel being built round a kind of shopping mall so people tended to congregate there at night. It might be very noisy in the summer.

The Hostal was being renovated..full.scaffolding on the outside....workmen working 8am- 6pm....constant banging BOOKING.COM never informed us when we booked WHY?

Overall very good price/quality!

For a 2 star Hostal it has very good conditions. There is a lift, the room is very clean, there’s air conditioning and a lot of space.

I had bad luck with the upstairs neighbors that’s not entirely the hostal’s fault but it does get very VERY noisy and I couldn’t sleep for a few hours for two nights.

Great value for money, location is perfect, and since their refurbishment the place looks great. I love staying here. The staff are lovely. And It's always very clean.

Unfortunately because of the layout of the building the noise echos through the middle of the building so you can hear everything, especially if you are in a solo room. It doesnt bother me much but it can disturb your sleep.

Was great for 1 night, location was great and very clean.

Location great, staff very friendly. Room was very small and basic but was very clean. Bed was comfy could of done with another pillow. Did find it noisy at night with doors banging Woke up to noise at 6.15 not sure if it was in the street but was very loud. Tv had no signal Overall I think it was good value for money. I would definitely stay again for 1 night but not anylonger as the room was very small and had no view and would be depressing for longer.room

Brilliant stay here, I will be back!

Second time I have stayed here. The location is perfect, around 250 yards from the Arroyo train station which I used many times to get to Malaga amd some days to connect to the long distance fast trains. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Helped me with my Spanish and of course they spoke fluent English too. Great little bar and well stocked.

Super cute hotel in Benalmadena! Highly recommended.

great location, we picked up a camper close to the train station and for us that was perfect. it’s a very clean, simple hostel, we literally just slept for the night but had everything we needed.

the rooms facing the court are in my opinion a bit noisy, and lack a bit of privacy in terms of sound proofing. rooms have curtains though!

Friendly helpful staff

Air conditioning and fan didn't work so had to have window open and it was pretty noisy. Needs quite a lot of TLC. Probably a better option for older teenagers on a budget. Parking/drop off not ideal

Friendly welcome, good location in a quiet old town street. Comfortable and affordable option, and walkable to the beach/old town

Staff were friendly, great location to sea front restaurants and bars. Also close distance to airport. The room was clean comfortable and facilities were good, really comfortable bed and memory foam pillows. Staff were helpful in arranging taxi to and from airport.

Noisy plumbing, everytime someone used tap in room next door, or flushed toilet the water flow was very loud.
