The location and room size.
The downstairs bar. One male member of staff was very rude and laughed in my face when I asked for a ginger ale. Told me, we don’t sell it, rudely. Can’t believe a major hotel doesn’t sell ginger ale. It definitely did on my previous visit.
The bar needs updating, felt more like a day bar not an evening one.

The location near the beach, pharmacy and supermarket and some restaurants. Pool was very nice.
The buffet was awful. Nothing had flavor not even any salt or pepper.
