It’s a great hotel in a great location
At Easter especially you need to open another bar at night or perhaps consider moving the whole kids entertainment area and parents bar to somewhere else…..it’s crazy cramming everyone into Saphire bar just to save a few euros on staff costs .
You have so much space and could move the whole disco area downstairs.
We couldn’t find a seat in the bar on any night. A little cold to sit on the terrace at this time of the year too. Not great.

The staff, the hotel itself was so clean and tidy. the views from our room was outstanding. The pools and ground were beautiful.
There was always a great selection of breakfast and dinner not repetitive at all.
Sometimes the food was Luke warm but there were several microwaves which was no problem, the entertainment was not so good but it was early season the hotel itself quite far out from the town with no bars within 15 mins walking distance, the buses were very regular so no problem.

The room ,presidential suite was good but the jacuzzi did nt work. Very clean
no beach, no water activities, food poor preparations
