Great Beachfront location and a Hotel with a host of facilities!

The Hotel had a host of facilities and Evening entertainment too; (it was Halloween when we stayed!)

The "bolster" type pillows. A conventional pillow (or 2) would have been a more comfortable alternative.

Beautiful last stop in our south of Spain trip

Located right on the water, this hotel is a destination for beach lovers.. we had a large room with a King size bed and a nice balcony.. we were gifted a bottle of Prosecco to celebrate my birthday.. we have purchased half board and were enjoying nice breakfast with champagne and a stunning view .. breakfast and dinner had many options, large buffet but the food wasn’t very tasty, too salty sometimes. All in all we have enjoyed our short stay.. not sure it is a 4 star hotel, but different countries have different ratings..

Very good hotel on the outskirts of Benelmadena

Excellent facilities, everything and more a hotel could have, indoor spa, gym etc. Decent breakfast selection (could possibly do with muesli/granola and berries options), and bar prices not too bad. Good views from balcony. Outside pool areas excellent. We were attending a wedding at the hotel, and this was a great event with lovely food, and very attentive staff (10/10).

The location is super great, beautiful view from balcony to the water, nice ocean breeze, sunset and sunrise. I recommend to book room with sea view. There are a lot of restaurants and bars around, supermarket in 7 minutes walking, parking. Breakfast was served very well and rich.

Hotel is not super new, its 7 out of 10. Also, it was very weird that people were running early morning to put their towels to sunbeds “kinda reserved “, and never came back. This makes no sense, I think hotel staff shall look into this matter.

They have a pool with clean, warm water.. not too crowded usually. The pool side is a non-smoking area, but you can walk 10m to a smoking place. There's also events with great live music and a great vibe.

You can't smoke by the pool side. Which is not too bad, if you think about it.. :)

Couldn’t fault anything about the hotel, facilities, or staff. A very positive experience that deserves to be recognised. Only issue was a very stinking smell that occurred on the last evening of my stay. Have experienced this also on a previous visit. Not sure what causes the issue, or where it comes from. smells like raw sewage.

Good overall but a few issues that were disappointing.

Room was lovely, very comfortable bed, great shower and balcony. Pool area was great and very clean.

Air conditioning in the room was very poor, had to sleep with the balcony door open but was woken by building work on the casino roof at 8am. Unfortunate that the pool closed at 6pm. Buffet was hit and miss. Very long queues at the bar and a couple of rude encounters with staff.

That finally, you have a hotel without screaming and party all night. After 23.00 it is quilt and light are out on balconies. Groundfloor has a perfect placed bar and entertainment.

Best hotel ever in amazing peaceful Area. Will definitely come back

The food was amazing. Amazing so many choices and very high quality. We absolutely loved it. Also so many facilities indoor pool and sauna’s and jacuzzi. The fitness was really amazing and was 24/7 open. We absolutely loved it……we are very much in to fitness…… The tennis court was also amazing. And the hotel was super close to the beach we could easily walk there…… Also it was amazing how they seperate the outdoor pool area. Toddlers pool…. Family pool area….. and adult only pool areas where it’s nice and quiet…. Everything was just marvelous splendidly above our expectations….. we will definitely come back…..

A fantastic hotel, we'll return.

Lovely large hotel on a busy strip in the South of Spain. Absolutely loved the separation from the childrens/families areas, this has granted us a calm and quiet environment which was much appreciated. The hotel is big enough to get lost in but everyone working there was always incredibly polite and helpful. We only had breakfast but wished we booked all inclusive simply because it's just easier and simpler. We paid €19.00 per person per lunch or dinner which was still worth it compared to eating in town. Booking the taxi to the airport was cheaper (only took cash, €29.00 to Málaga airport) than taking one of the taxis from the rank. The facilities were clean and well kempt, the food fresh and lovely (even though we are a little picky!) and altogether we had a fantastic holiday.

There were only two bits that we found slightly odd, one of them was the cleaners loudly cleaning from 8:00 in the morning in the neighboring rooms and once we saw one cleaner exit our room despite having the Do Not Disturb card hanging from the door. The other one is perhaps slightly more personal but I had a terrible neck ache from the first night I slept there. The stiffness disappeared as soon as I returned home so it could be a combination of the hard beds and low/soft pillows.

- Polite staff. - Clean room. - Sea view. - Parking space. - Cheap (with reasons).

- Very bad smell in the room due to mold and bacteria in the fan coil unit, even if it was switched off. I tried to change the room, but the same smell spreded in the corridors also on different floors. - Lack of soundproofing. Very annoying street and wind noise. - Polite, but not helpful staff at the reception. They promised a callback two times, but never called. - Very basic quality of food, lack of vegetables at the breakfast. - Poor wellness. - There are vertical spot lights only in the bathroom, making impossible of correct wet shaving. - For 3 days (out of 9) only hot water came also from the cold tap. It was boiling hot, so I could not shower. Mechanics came, but could not fix it. Then I left the hotel. - Does not reach the level of 4 star at all.

The fact you have to pay for water at the restaurant (even with half board). we were being charged for bottle of water and when we requested for normal tap water, we were told you can only have 1 glass (this is after making a fuss at the reception desk). It is shameful to say the least and in all my travels, this is the first I have heard. It nearly ruined the experience as the other hotel staff and receptionist were amazing plus the stay would have been Amazing bar the experience with the waiters at the restaurant.

Lovely hotel with great outdoor space.

We booked 4 rooms, 3 were beside each other on the 2nd floor but mine was on the 10th floor, as female travellers we would have felt safer being beside each other. Breakfast was good, my view was off the roundabout and the sea.

The lifts, no one at reception told us when we checked in which lift to go to and we were ages trying to find our rooms. Also the lifts are so so slow.

Great place to spend your holiday

The view on 7th floor is just stunning. Breakfast is fabulous, there is everything for everyone, The location is great just on the coast , and the centre Benalmadena is just 10min easy walk away. The pools are great, it's good that there is separated kids pool/ active pool and the pool for adults for a calm and relaxing time.

If U live in a room above the bar, it can get quite noisy at the evening , if ur trying to chill on the balcony,
