If they say free wifi then should be working.

I tried to get an answer about Wifi but they were not giving clear information. The wifi supposed to be free abd included but it was not working at all.

Wifi was not working and three days of staying they didn’t give us coffee and tea bags in the second and third days.

Relaxing coastal retreat with something for everyone

We had a junior suite with a sea view, it was amazing. Everything we needed, kitchen, diner, couch tv, lovely spacious terrace. It was fabulous.

I wasn't crazy about the food. We opted for half board. I found the hot dinner options were of a poor standard fior a 4 star hotel...l wouldn't recommend the food.

Great place for winding down…

Location is great! Right on the beach. Very big resort with all facilities and nice restaurants… A lot of eating options and other facilities around the resort. Must stay venue for those who are driving.

Room was as expected, hotel very clean and staff excellent, hotel bar was the only low point as only 2 beers on tap leading to very little choice for holiday guests and bar prices were high compared to local bars whilst the food which was excellent was priced similarly to local restaurant's

Great hotel with fantastic sea views. Great pool area, friendly staff & lots of facilities including brilliant supermarket & restaurant

More soundproofing in the rooms - could be quite noisy sometimes at night. Inconsistent messages from pool staff - sometimes balls etc allowed sometimes not. Sometimes people told off for using room towels at the pool but most of the time not.

Everything on hand. Something for everyone. Panoramic Bar on 6 was a great place to chill. Kids fun on floor 5, food choices, mini supermarket. Pool amenities. Was a fabulous place to be. No need to to look any further going forward

Good but could be better

The hotel is cleaned on a daily basis. The location is convenient. The views are nice if you have the room over looking the pool and sea. The bar is open until late.

The hotel tired and needs refurbishing. The entertainment is repetitive. We stayed here in February and now for 3 weeks. The entertainment is the same. They need a 2 week programme rather than 1 week. In the busy months the swimming pools are too small to accommodate the number of guests. You do not have enough room to do anything.

Enjoyable met some nice people around the pool..

Very spacious lovely hotel and great to see never a bother getting a sunbed when needed..Very convenient to evething.

The price we paid for 3 didn't include breakfast but did have kitchenette which we did our own thing..Food at the pool bar very expensive. It was good to fly up to room to do something myself..So all in all worked well.

Overall good but because of how we were treated in the restaurant will not be staying again.

The hotel was overall really good. It was spacious rooms. The only concern is around the balcony door I feel there should be a more secure lock as it is a family hotel for safety and security reasons. The lock that was on our door was broken. Other than that the hotel had lots for the kids and really good facilities.

Most staff was more than accommodating with the exemption of one staff member down in the outside restaurant. We had a family of 10-15 dining in this restaurant over our stay. The first man who served us over the first few trips was amazing lovely man. But they had a change over in staff and the man who then served my family treated us absolutely appalling over too different nights. Extremely rude. Walking away in the middle of taking our order. Getting cross with us. I have a child with special needs and we were trying to order him ice cream and he walked away in middle of the order very abruptly and rudely muttering under his breath. Definitely ruined our chill holiday that we were enjoying. Our family has had multiple stays in this hotel but after this stay I think we will move on to a different hotel for our next holiday where there is better customer service.

Paid for Sea View premium apartment with b&b got room only and 2nd floor. Not what you’d expect for €1,800.00. Were met with uninterested girl in reception when we asked.

Enjoyed the facilities however Sunset beach is at risk of loosing something special .

Clean and safe during the day the staff were really nice.

The food was below average and not good value for money . There was a loud party atmosphere. At one point at a pool party my children and I witnessed a drunk woman falling on the ground and rolling all over the place. We had to call the reception twice one morning at 1:30 am to intervene as there was a large party of drunk people in the restaurant below. The rooms were not sound proof every morning we were woken up by the sound of people walking over our heads.

In both pools the shallow end is far too small, you have one third of the pool packed and the rest nearly empty because it’s too deep for most.

A vibrant, busy family resort with amazing hotel staff.

The staff were so accommodating and lovely, I didn’t get the name of the lady who checked me in, but MarieCarmen at reception desk was so kind and helpful last night when I approached her about a query. The location is excellent, great vibrant environment. Perfect for families, and as a solo traveller I felt safe. The amenities are incredible, there’s even a supermarket and pharmacy vending machine meaning there’s no reason to leave the hotel.

Nothing. The hotel is extremely busy, which makes it perfect for groups and families. Some people may find it noisy however, depending on what floor you’re on. If this would bother you I would recommend mentioning this to reception when booking, I’m sure they will have no problem accommodating you.

The lifts were terrible for big hotel the waiting time was very long.When we arrived to our room the cleaners were still cleaning the room. Also the noise level there was residents fighting in the corridors,no security around to remove them. Also sheets were not clean and there was bed bugs. I would not recommend this hotel for families due to the experience we had.

Disappointing stay

The location close to the sea, restaurants beside the hotel

The room did not look like the room that we have seen on the website. The place was in a quite poor state. You could see that the refurbishment was done a long time ago and that the furniture where taken from anywhere they could find it because the colour and the size of them did not match. The room was not in the standard of 4 star hotels.

It was a lovely hotel. So clean.loved our seaview! Lots of amenities. Loved the coffee van! And the medical vending machine great!

Don’t book there via Booking.com

Frankly, not much.

I was given a room that was very different from the one i booked. Ran-down, garbage-worth sofa to sleep on., outdated kitchen with very used equipment. When complaining to the hotel at the reception, they directed me to Booking.com, refusing to change the room and saying there was nothing they could do. For Booking.com customer service it took 6 days to contact me, i was staying for 7 nights, so all actions were too little too late. You really are treated as a second-class guest when booking with Booking.com in that hotel.

enjoyable stay at this hotel

compfortable beds, two singles however we would have prefered double, well equiped kitchen, spacious wardrobe and nice shower. TV with English chanels. Two swimming pools, plenty of beds and a good selection for breakfast. Drinks reasonably priced, Undeground car park available for a price

bar area very noisey - acoustics not very good. with so many people it should be another bar
