Overall great value hotel

Food was delicious, so much choice and variety! Room was lovely and modern. Good location not too far from the beach- about 5-10 mins walk. Staff lovely and helpful.

The hallways ways to get to our room were rundown and carpets dirty- but actual room was lovely-Although balcony could have done with a clean. Outdoor area overgrown by the kids pool, and park flooring really grubby, tiles all cracked on the floor- the outdoor area with the pools definitely letting the hotel down. But thinking this is maybe just the time of the year we went?? We also had an issue with ants in our room. But overall I felt the hotel was excellent value for what we paid.

Staff were amazing. Couldn't do enough for you. Mad about kids too. Everyone was so so helpful.

I think the all inclusive is not for us. Food was fine. I think I'll stick to self catering in the future.. there was plenty on offer. Was great value for money. Just, for us, down to the buffet for 3 meals every day was a bit like being a zombie!!!!!

It was an inclusive hotel and there were alot of drunk people about. Not a good advert dont serve drunks more alcohol We booked a balcony room but couldn't go out on the balcony or open the balcony door because the people next door were chain smokers even though it was a non smoking hotel. They left after 5 days so we thought great. Unfortunately the next people were smoking dope. We did complain but nothing was done Towels on the sun beds as soon as the doors open and we couldn't get in the pool because of the children with large inflatables So we went to the beach instead

Needs refurbishing, toilet door wouldn’t close, there were only two lifts which is unacceptable for the size of the hotel and the breakfast was a bit chaotic.. long lines and very noisy. Also, parking was very difficult.

Dump in the pool not properly cleaned. Overpriced for what it is. Bang average food

Location was good. Some of the entertainment staff were good. That's about it

- Food. Was mostly lukewarm/cold and of an average bordering on poor quality. At no point did I really enjoy my food. at best, it was just fine. - My sister was in a wheelchair, we called ahead to ask for additional support/accessable rooms. None of which happened. Staff weren't that bothered and did very little to help. - Kids were told off by the fun police (sorry, lifeguards) for playing with a ball or using any inflatables in the pool, even at non-busy times. Diving in the deep end was also not allowed, which makes having a 2.5m deep pool at the deep end completely pointless. - To top it all off, someone took a dump in the pool on the last day. It was closed for a few hours for "cleaning" but shortly after reopening, more poo was found and it was closed again. Obviously hadn't been cleaned properly the first time. - There were also usually massive queues for the restaurant at busy times. Getting drinks from all-inclusive bars took forever. And most of the particularly nice drinks/cocktails weren't included. Even slushies for the kids weren't included and would set you back 3-4 euros.

Not for couples unless you like hundreds of children Location poor, do not book if you have mobility issues. All steps and a big hill. Resturant at peak times very noisey, like a school canteen. Did book a superior room, couldnt see anything superior about it, just ok. Poor lift capacity, queing at peak times.

Great size of the room. Modern and beautiful. Great view on the pools. Location is great. Close to the beach and main road. Staff is really friendly. Good selection of breakfast and dinner. Lots of activities for kids and adults.

Glad we chose it for a 2nd year running

Room - good size. High up in block 1 with a fantastic view. Brilliant having a fridge and safe. Storage space ample for 5 days but feels like it would be neat for 2 weeks. Breakfast - enjoyable spread every day. Eggs and pancakes made on hot tray in restaurant. Some places do omelettes but not here - which has the advantage of smaller queues. Location - 30 yards off the main road up a slight hill. All in, very good hotel in a convenient location that we stayed in for a 2nd time

Having to check out at midday for an 8pm flight - but I understand the challenge of balancing new arrivals and room availability. Would be nice if they provided courtesy pool towels.

Location was great, the breakfast was nice. The room we were in was upgraded which kind of made up for what it lacked

No parking! Every night they ran out of parking spots so we had to find parking on the street, not really convenient since it states online they offer parking. The reception staff was rude with little to no help and just brushed us off when we would ask anything.

General maintenance and upkeep was a bit lacking, damaged tiles, skirting boards, flaking paint, bulbs not working. Communal areas around pools did not appear to be cleaned regularly, outside tables and chairs were dirty.

Great location in quiet area

Great room. Exceptionally clean. The food was good. In a quiet part of town, ideally located for families and couples. Walk down the hill for the beach, up the hill for the town centre. Reception staff speak good English.
