We liked how much independency the property allowed. Amenities are modern and clean.

Check in process is not good. Nobody at the desk. Communication via WhatsApp, regardless if the guest has it or not. We were sitting outside the place and had no way of contacting anybody. Bad innitial vibe.

Total relaxation

We were alot earlier than check in time due to an early flight, but Jorge got us into our room ahead of time, Jorge left for his holiday a day or two into our holiday and Stefanio took over, both were extremely efficient and friendly, couldn't do enough, just a text away from anything you needed, cannot recommend it anymore highly, the area wasn't your typical tourist destination as in, rowdy bars etc, if you want total relaxation with a few bars within reach, it's for you, there is a lovely Chinese restaurant, Pizza/ pasta restaurant also a restaurant overlooking the beach, if you want Karaoke and loud music it's not for you; already booked our return, perfect for us

Super clean and modern, near to all facilities yet not in the busy centre, across the road from the beach and restaurant, near supermarket and bus stop. Staff super friendly and helpful, would definitely recommend😊

Apartamento amplio, aparcamiento fácil en la calle (en invierno), cerca de supermercado.

La limpieza muy justa. No tiene microondas, aunque si un horno-microondas, pero no funcionaba. No hay instrucciones de uso ni de la calefacción de caldera ni de la de termostato (en caso de querer usar A/C tampoco hay instrucciones, aunque en invierno no ha hecho falta).

NO Volvería

No sé si tendrán alojamientos más grandes, el nuestro fue un estudio. De primeras es bonito Es pequeño, ideal para 2 personas. Aunque tienen sofá cama, para 3 personas lo veo demasiado pequeño. Tiene una bonita terraza desde la que se puede ver ligeramente el mar El baño es cómodo con plato de ducha y mampara (en algunos sitios no hay mampara o se sale el agua fuera al ducharse) Comunicación fácil y rápida vía whatsapp. Te proporcionan un código de acceso al edificio y a la habitación el día de la entrada. El check-in se puede hacer vía web unos días antes. En ningún momento hemos visto a nadie en la recepción del edificio

Las 2 camas del estudio eran incomodísimas!!!, Te clavabas todos los muelles, por lo que dormir fue una odisea. Frigorífico diminuto y en un estado bastante regular. Cocina sin microondas, pero con horno. El edificio dispone de ascensor, pero en la parte de fuera hay unas escalones (no los conté pero mínimo 10) y ahí toca cargar con la maleta. Ojo gente con movilidad reducida, carros de niños, etc. Da a una calle con bastante tráfico.

Los apartamentos son amplios y bien equipados. Mucha luz, bastante nuevos. El personal es maravilloso, súper amables y dispuestos a ayudar. A nosotros incluso nos hicieron el favor de dejarnos entrar antes de las 15.00 para poder llegar a donde teníamos que ir.

Entiendo que no se puede hacer todo, pero quizá revisar si la cubertería, utensilios, etc. están limpios sería un puntazo.

Prostorný pokoj a terasa, Výhled na moře, restaurace v blízkosti, obchod cca 200m. Jorge nápomocen odpovědět jakékoliv dotazy. Pokud nemáte auto je zde autobus zastávka 1 minutu, jezdí co 15 minut a v centru Benalmadena jste za 10-15 min.

K ubytování není co vytknout. Malé pláže, ale kdo má rád klid a nevyhledává zábavu bude spokojen. Kdo má rád život, promenády, bary atd tak šup na autobus a Playa de Santa Ana a Playa de Bil Bil bude správná volba 😉

Buena ubicación

Camas super cómodas, ubicación muy buena a 5 minutos de la playa de las viborillas, aparcamientos cercanos casi a cualquier hora. Piscina de agua salada, la temperatura del agua ideal para bañarse a cualquier hora, el horario genial, de 8 am a 11 pm. Alojamiento super tranquilo a cualquier hora del día.

Habían algunas manchas en las paredes y utensilios de cocina,el recogedor que dejan para barrer un poco el apartamento estaba roto.

Se está bien , pero se podría estar mejor!

El trato de recepción, muy amable y muy atento en cuanto a las peticiones . Te ofrecen toallas de baño y de piscina. La ubicación está fenomenal , porque estás a dos pasos de la playa. Tienes un Mercadona al lado, una farmacia y un bazar, lo básico para la supervivencia! La terraza bastante amplia .

No me gustó que la piscina sea compartida con dos comunidades de vecinos más y que además usan el ascensor del ArtPlatinum ! Se saben los códigos ( no sé si es normal o no, pero he visto el ascensor lleno de cerveza , perros dentro, igual tendrías que cambiar de vez en cuando los códigos ) Tampoco me gustó el olor a curry, entre otras especias , que siempre hay en la piscina , justo debajo hay 3 Restaurantes, Indio , Asiático e Italiano, y vaya olor insoportable. Otro punto en contra es que solo había dos sombrillas fuera de la zona de baño y una de ellas está cerrada (rota) . Y por último cada vez que tiras de la cisterna del wc, es una locura el ruido que hace en la habitación ( menos mal que dura solo 5 segundos).
