Apartamento amplio, aparcamiento fácil en la calle (en invierno), cerca de supermercado.
La limpieza muy justa. No tiene microondas, aunque si un horno-microondas, pero no funcionaba.
No hay instrucciones de uso ni de la calefacción de caldera ni de la de termostato (en caso de querer usar A/C tampoco hay instrucciones, aunque en invierno no ha hecho falta).
