A fantastic hotel where it’s clear that someone really thought things through. The biggest highlight? Every room has a sea view – no booking lottery here. Other hotels could definitely take inspiration from this!
Breakfast is served in a beautiful space, again with a sea view. There was plenty of everything, regularly replenished, and the long time slot meant no early-morning stress.
The pool is spacious, nicely integrated into the coastal landscape, and once again – sea view included.
We also appreciated the convenient transport access – the hotel is well-connected, yet located in a very quiet area with no major noise or crowds. There are several restaurants nearby within walking distance, making evenings pleasant and easy.
Overall, it’s the perfect spot for a relaxing seaside holiday where you can truly unwind.
The elevators were probably the weakest point of the entire hotel. There are four of them, but all go both up and down, often stopping at nearly every floor because someone has called them. Capacity-wise, they simply aren’t enough. We ended up spending way too much time just waiting for a lift.
Pool loungers – the usual story: about an hour after the pool opens, almost all loungers are already “reserved” with towels, and you’re left with very limited options. While it’s great that the pool area is gated and accessible only with a hotel card and reached via a nice path, guests should still be able to find a place to lie down.
Beach access – the hotel doesn’t provide free loungers on the beach; this service is paid. While the hotel gives you a towel, you still have to pay separately for a beach chair.
Towels for the pool or beach – you get one towel for free, but any exchange after that is charged. Honestly, for a hotel of this level, towels should be replaced free of charge and available by the pool, not at the front desk. No one wants to lie for a week on the same damp towel if they’re swimming daily and it never fully dries.
Opening hours of the restaurants and lobby bar kitchen – please also consider guests without all-inclusive. After 8 p.m., we struggled to find a place to eat, and the staff at the lobby bar told us the kitchen had closed three minutes ago. That’s not very guest-friendly.

Online check in option on the hotel website. Check in / out times and meal times were very reasonable and accommodating.
Great location with a sea view in every part of the hotel and beautiful interior. Rooms were spacious and clean.
Variety of entertainment by the pool and in the evening, mini golf, table tennis, paddle boards. Good range of drinks at the bars.
Lots of areas to use in the hotel and a beach front that felt almost private due to location. Pool towels are free and €1 to change per day if you wish. All staff were very friendly, we had no issues during our stay.
There are 3 options of sun beds, the family pool with the entertainment, the adults only pool with cabana beds, and the rooftop jaccuzis which were adults only with sunbeds.
Local shop just a 2 minute walk with some options to eat outside of the hotel nearby too. Other main attractions are likely to be a bus / taxi.
Variety and quality of the food at dinner in the buffet restaurant was not the best. Sometimes cold and rice undercooked, and not the largest variety for a buffet.
Accessible lifts but the far left lift did not feel entirely secure so we avoided this one. Often a long wait for the lifts as there are only 4.
Both pools were smaller in comparison to photos. The main family pool is also outside of the hotel complex and a very short walk (2 mins) down the promenade which wasn’t clear and not well sign posted. Slide is for kids only which wasn't clear.
The adults only pool did not have many sun beds and wasn’t very clear how to access either but it was quieter if you prefer that.
Entertainment options were good but a little repetitive with the same activities on repeat which can become over bearing if you stay for a long time. We would have preferred more activities throughout the day and / or more options.
Sky bar closed at 11pm

The buffet meals were excellent, plenty of choice, excellent quality and freshly cooked omelettes, if desired,
Waiting 15 minutes to check in. We'd already checked in on line but the people checking in ahead of us hadn't. There was no queue, just one person checking in. Advertising room rate based on non-sea view and paying additional for a sea view. When we arrived it appeared all the rooms had a sea view. If the majority, or all, of rooms are sea view then it's a bit misleading to suggest any/many of them have rear views.

Imagine this as an all inclusive hotel, that isn’t all inclusive. You’re charged premium rate for all inclusive. Yet you can only get drinks at 2 of the bars. The cocktails are pre-made rubbish (yet if you pay, it’s hand made by the bartender and presented beautifully- yet we’ve paid?)
There is no proper ‘snacks’ outside of breakfast, lunch and dinner - unless you like a stale ham and cheese or tuna sandwich, which you can only get if you trek to the pool bar, or if biscuits and an apple take your fancy, you can get those between 5pm and 7pm in the lobby bar? Bizarre.
Outside of those times, you go hungry. So if you miss the meal times if you’re out, you’re best off grabbing food out otherwise you’ll be hungry. If you don’t like sandwiches, you’re doomed!
There is the ‘Bonita pool restaurant’ which has snacks, and realistically should be the snack place, but yep - you guessed it - you have to pay extra, even on all inclusive.
As an example of where the operation of this hotel being bizarre, you spend all day on the beautiful 12th floor roof terrace, but the bar on the roof is not included in the all inclusive, so you’ll have to go down to the 8th floor for drinks or floor 0 for a sandwich - just to get a drink is silly. (Getting a drink feels like a complete chore if you spend the day up here, so ask staff to fill a bottle with a soft drink)!!
The jacuzzis on the roof are an amazing touch, but again, they are cold.
The bar on the roof isn’t included in the all inclusive of course - cheeky as. But lovely over sunset.
The ‘infinity pool’ is gated with bars which feel like you’re in a prison and is very cramped. The swimming pool was ICE cold (no exaggeration) - we were here 5 days and didn’t see anyone in it.
The other kids /family pool is right over the other side - some distance away if you want drinks / ‘sandwiches’ (snacks), probably annoying if you have little ones.
The lifts are extremely slow - you’d be better off taking the stairs.

This is lovely hotel complex ideal for both couples and family’s; young or older. The rooms are spacious, modern and clean. With free WiFi in all areas of the hotel. The onsite catering provides options to suit all tastes. The two private pools are clean with easy access to the beach. The staff are friendly and helpful. An enjoyable, relaxing stay on the beautiful Costa del Sol.
Everything was perfect.

Location overlooking the sea was great. Two cute little beaches right out front which would be perfect if you're spending time on the beach whilst there
There's not a lot around, but it's quite nice it's not as commercially built up. 10 euro taxi into Benalmedenda if you want.
Restaurant on the next headland "Trocadero" ~5mins walk away was fantastic.
The WIFI in the room was unusable. Very slow and disconnected frequently.
The pools are outside and down on the "ground level" - the adult only pool was small and you had to go up a ramp to get to it - and then the beds were behind this metal fencing - not exactly relaxing. The other pool was at the other end of the beach, looked decent but didn't make the effort to walk over there tbh
Didn't really realise it was a classic Costa hotel with package deals and karaoke entertainment and all that - not for me, but loads of people seem to be having a good time

The location next to the beach and the views from the bedroom, dining room and the lobby. The buffet breakfast and dinner were excellent too.
The WiFi in the room was pretty unstable. It kept going on and off. Guests were allowed to smoke in the balcony and thus we as non-smokers could not enjoy the balcony plus the smoke also came into the room when the door is open.

I was there one night while passing through and had a bed and breakfast rate. There were also all-inclusive options and it had that vibe...people consuming large quantities of not particularly high quality food and drink. One of the selling points was the rooftop bar but it was closed as I was there on a Tuesday.

Staff super helpful. I had an early check out, still I got a full breakfast with gluten free options. A quiet neighborhood and a fantastic view of the ocean from my bedroom and breakfast room.
A bit far to walk to the marina, but okay as hotel was well equipped.

On booking we stated our sons age as 15. There was a sofa bed for him. We asked for a bed for him and were told we would need to pay more as he was over 12 - they knew that before we went!

Air conditioning that works in the room and makes for a pleasant experience in the restaurant. Staff were excellent. Great choice of drinks on all inclusive. Food in restaurant pretty good.
Only small issue is main family pool distance from main hotel building.

Food was amazing. Location was out of the lively area but perfect for us. Gorgeous and modern! Spent half our time in the adult pool and half in the family pool and both were lovely and had their perks! Just all round great!
A bit of a shame the drinks were only 50% included in the all inclusive in the top / sky bar as that was our favourite bar - was such a nice place to relax of an evening

Everything was on point! It almost felt like being in a lucury hotel, I really really enjoyed it! The only ""bad"" points is that the hotel is quite far from the hystoric centre of Malaga, but the structure has everything you need to spend your day!
The only one thing that I would change is that after midnight there aren't many things to do, because everything closes up! But even that's not to bad because you can rest and wake up early the next day to relax at the beach or one of their pools!
