Not child friendly and mosquito infested family room made our holiday disappoyand it spoilt

Food was good and dining room staff are friendly and helpful

There were lots of mosquitoes in the third floor family room occupied by my son family with grand children aged 5 and 3. They were bitten very badly all over the body in the nights. Great suffering and spoilt the holiday which was expensive we also missed the 1st day due flight cancellation which was informed to the reception but the. Manager refused to reimburse the 1st day room charges inspite of booking.com request and amended the dates .

Super Three Kings Break Away

Super hotel, reception staff were superb, as were all the staff.

Room was sparse, no teaspoon just a stick. No extra blanket. Nowhere to hang coats, unless you want them dripping in the wardrobe. Tea station, had 2 chamomile teabags, saccharine and 4 coffee pods, great if you want coffee.

This hotel is highly recommended.

This hotel was the best one we have ever used in Spain in the 20 years we have been livinng here. From the moment of booking in, we were very impressed with the happiness, friendliness and helpfulness of every member of staff, in every location within the premises. The room was spacious, spotless and with lots more storage space than most hotels offer. The food in the restaurant was superb at all mealtimes, with very interesting and creative presentations and lots of variety. We have to comment on the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff there - especially Ana and Rafael - who went out of their way to help us. Personally, the fact that at breakfast time there is a special, separate section with gluten-free foods was a real treat, so that I did not have to accept whatever a waiter brought me from the kitchen, regardless of my own preferences. The bar lounge area was comfortable and spacious, with excellent evening entertainment. Taxis are readily available near the hotel, and the bustling marina, with lovely shops, is only a couple of minutes walk away, as are excellent beaches.

We couldn´t find a single fault with this hotel.

Perfect November break

Great hotel in good location. We did half board, excellent value and excellent variety. Glass of cava on arrival lovely touch. Hotel exceptionally clean and staff very helpful. Restaurant a tad understaffed some of the evenings but didn’t affect our enjoyment- just felt sorry for waiters dealing with some rude patrons. Entertainment every evening, not to our personal taste but again there was good variety. All in all lovely stay and wouldn’t hesitate to go back as very good value.

Large room with tea & coffee making facility . Fridge with 6 courtesy drinks provided .Huge comfortable beds & pillows .I requested a walk in shower & my request was met with in the very spacious bathroom . Shower gel & hair conditioner plus hairdryer all there . A large private balcony along with daily housekeeping . All good in our room & reception staff very helpful as were the restaurant staff . Full cooked breakfast available plus lots of other options to choose from . Food plentiful . Entertainment excellent especially The Bohemians , an IL Divo tribute act .

Fantastic hotel and great location. Lifeguards could do with some customer care training.

Our room was the perfect size and had good air conditioning. We were able to fit the suitcases in the wardrobe so that we weren't falling over them. The complementary stock in the fridge was appreciated, as was the welcome drink on arrival. The house keeping team, as well as the team on reception and on the pool bar were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was varied and well presented. Pool area was clean and the shower in the outdoor toilet facility was perfect for the last day when we were leaving at 5pm and wanted to freshen up. It was an excellent location and I would definitely return.

10am pool start is fine but the lifeguards on some days arrived at 10am (or shortly after) and then take 25 mins removing the fencing. Also, the second lifeguard on duty during our stay was unpleasant. He had been told to clear towels that had been left for more than 30 mins (a great idea - which was clearly communicated to everyone on each table in the sun bed area). I tend to wake up early and go to the pool area at 8.30am where I stay and read my book whilst everyone else sets out their towels and disappear. One morning (on this occasion he did arrive at around 9.45am, but I was still there long before him), I wanted to nip for breakfast. I'd seen him remove numerous towels and so I went to tell him where my towel and book was, that I was going to breakfast, and that I would be back in around 10 minutes. He told me if I was longer than 30 minutes he would remove my belongings. I repeated that I would return in around 10 minutes. I took note of the time and so I can confirm I returned in 12 minutes - where I noticed he had attempted to take my stuff. A couple nearby told me that they had had to stop him from taking it shortly after I had left as they had heard me tell him I would be returning shortly. The fact he knew it was my stuff, that I had walked away a few minutes earlier, and he still chose to try to remove it was totally unacceptable. I went to speak to him about it and he was sullen and just said he thought I'd been away longer which was utter rubbish. I agree with the policy but I do not agree with the lifeguard being on a power trip and making up his own rules.

Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing from the moment we checked in, as the staff were noticeably rude and unwelcoming. Things only deteriorated from there. On one morning, the staff were annoyed as we where sitting outside chatting and finishing our tea after breakfast, even though we were just enjoying a quiet moment with others. Staff just want you to leave immediately at 10:30 AM when breakfast ended, pointing over giving out making us feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome. There was no need for such hostility. To top it off, we also found ants in the bedrooms, which added to our overall dissatisfaction."

Pleasant stay overall

The property is in a good location, good facilities, good staff, good breakfast.

Although most things were good, our overall experience wasn’t all good. We felt some aspects of things were difficult to explain to the staff. They didn’t seem to understand what we wanted. Receptionist said there was no problem, but other staff had a problem. It got resolved in the end anyway. I don’t want to get into details as we did enjoy our overall stay. One thing wouldn’t have put off our stay there.

5 days with friends.....no fan of noisy bustling tourist hotels , so relieved to find ourselves here

Loved the calm atmosphere throughout the hotel . The public areas were relaxed & comfortable, particularly enjoyed sitting in the courtyard. The staff were all you would want them to be - helpful, friendly but unobtrusive.
