The location is perfect,less than 10min walking to the old town. Very big and beautiful villa, the cleaning lady comes everyday for two hours to clean and the host is really nice.

Very good

The location is key for this property. Easy 2min walk into old town and all tourist spots. View from the deck is great. Also the property is immaculately presented and breathtakingly beautiful.

There could have been better amenities in terms of towels supplied and the beds weren’t all that comfortable, but it’s easy to live with these small points with the beauty and location of this villa! Overall everything else is spot on! The managers of this property are extremely helpful and friendly and always offering assistance where needed!

Exceptional

Staying in Villa Mediteran was the absolutely perfect decision for our visit to Dubrovnik. Location is the best possible you can find in Dubrovnik because it is literally in front of the city walls of Old Town. Villa has two spacious floors and it has a unique Mediterranean style, we assumed it is a big villa but when we came we realized pictures cannot describe full experience. Rooms are tidy and cozy, well furnished and each has a modern bathroom. The kitchen was fully equipped and it is linked to the outside terrace which was great for dinner evenings. Ana and Marko were amazing hosts remaining on disposal during our stay, very helpful, communicative and pleasant. Overall experience is 10/10 and definitely worth of recommending, especially for bigger family groups.
