Great location, beautiful artwork, stunning building. The staff were super helpful especially Matteo (Matthew) who went out of his way to help us with our bags.
The room was quite small, we struggled to put our bags somewhere and I would prefer a buffet breakfast rather than ordering off a menu.

Loved being in the Old Town. Plenty of choice of restaurants and very atmospheric
Our rooms were on the top floor with access via a steep and narrow staircase. Also, we didn't realise that although it was two bedrooms and two bathrooms, access to one was through the other.
