Tomas! The Manager and owner is genuine, kind, extremely helpful, communicates clearly, takes amazing care of his guests. The rooms are so homely, a fruit bowl, milk, biscuits and sweets available. The bed was so comfortable! Plenty of pillow options. Amazing location! Tomas called the car hire company for me as I was running late. He also helped bring our bags in. Gave us restaurant and tour recommendations. The rooms are beautifully set up. If I ever go back to Croatia I know where I am returning!

Nothing - the place was perfect.

The room was very well located, comfortable, and clean. There were lots of thoughtful touches. There’s plenty of street noise because it’s right above the restaurants and cafes. But if you close the shutters and windows, it all fades out, especially if the AC is on. It’s really cool to be right where all the action is. Tomas and his son were incredibly helpful and kind, picking us up and giving us tips on how what to do. This room is a great value and I would definitely recommend it.

Brilliant host, perfect location. Lovely room with everything we needed including complementary mini bar! Fruit, biscuits and more. Fantastic communication with Tomas, he was soooo helpful! Would highly recommend.

Nothing! It was perfect.

Tomas met us the Pile gate, walked us to the apartment, helped us with the luggage, gave us the key and information about the city. He also provided a nice selection of cold breakfast items. I especially appreciated the coffee set up. Tomas was exceptionally generous towards us. I can't say enough to describe how nice he was. The apartment itself is nice and clean. However, without the wonderful host, it would just another clean and comfortable room.

Nothing. However, we did not realize how many stairs there are in the city of Dubrovnik. For people with mobility issues, keep in mind of the topography of the city when booking the accommodations.
