Location was close enough to the Pile gate and not too many steps. There are other facilites yet closer The manageress was helpful having sent us sightseeing and restaurant info. Sergei the caretaker helped us out by giving us a laundry detergent pack

No one even offered to help carry even a smallest luggage piece down to the Stradun when we were rushing to get to our taxi at 4am. We made múltiple trips up and down the stairs trying to get the stuff down. They simply slammed the door shut behind us. Am I sounding entitled? May be or maybe not. Our friends travelling with us at the same time had their luggage carries up and down to the Pile gate .

Location was amazing, in the middle of the old town but still quiet at night. The apartment was immaculately clean and had everything you could need. The host even provided beach towels as well as regular bathroom towels. Check in and check out process were extremely easy and the host responded quickly to questions. We loved our stay here.

We were four people so the apartment feels small when the sofa bed is set up in the living room, but that was to be expected given the incredible location.

Great apartment, clean & well presented with great facilities. We were warmly welcomed by the host and everything was explained. Well located for everything that you would want to do in Dubrovnik. Lots of restaurants and bars within a short walk. A mini market was a short walk away.

This is an observation, not an issue, there are quite a few steps to get there. Not suitable for anyone with mobility problems.
