Old Town Casa Nevia- Deluxe Holiday Home in Dubrovnik with Stunning Views

Very well presented property, well located within the city walls and just steps away from great bars and restaurants. Fully equipped with everything you could need and very clear communication from staff.

The property is spread over four floors so be mindful of that if you have young children or people with restricted mobility staying; it was fine for our group though. There is air conditioning in the hallways outside the bedrooms and this worked well to cool the upper two floors, but required bedroom door being left open. There is some noise from the busy street on the kitchen level, but this is really minimised as you go up through the property and did not at all disturb the sleeping quarters. Not really a negative on the property, but please don’t show photographs of toiletries (Jo Malone) if these are not actually at the property.

The apartment is perfectly located within the old town, you only need to walk out of the door and all of the sights are only footsteps away. The apartment has every amenity you’d ever need, and more! It was extremely comfortable and our family had a wonderful few days to round of a great trip around Croatia.

The host provided a picture and address of where to have the car drop us off. It was very helpful and the door to the apartment was located very close to the drop off point. The other main drop off area is a walk to apartment due being inside the city walls and no cars are allowed. That was great information. Although there are many stairs both with the city and the apartment they were easy to navigate. Great location!

I really can not think of any thing I did not like about the apartment. I would recommend it. From easy booking to host providing excellent communication there were absolutely no negative things I would share.

Sooooo many stairs, hard to bring luggage up levels if you have big suitcases
