Beautiful apartment!

This is such a beautiful apartment! We loved our stay here. The location was also brilliant as you are right in the heart of the old town. The host was very welcoming and helpful.

The only thing I’d say is that it can be quite loud at night, as it is in the town centre, but it wouldn’t stop me staying here again.

Expected more for the price paid.

Location was great - nice central location.

Hostess reception was not very welcoming (like she was in a daze). Better on following days. Breakfast had only 3 choices and was okay but not great. No elevator - required 64 steps to get to room. This was unexpected. Pictures on the website are somewhat deceiving. Noisy generator noise started about 10 pm each evening. Room lacked basics for making a meal such as salt, pepper, oil. Bathroom had a bad odor, covered up by heavy room scent placed in the bathroom.

The property described through booking .com did not tell the truth. There is not a hotel. No elevator. We had to walk back and forth more then 50 steps. The breakfast area also outside the property and it’s another 20 steps. Nothing was said it before. The reception asked when we are coming and no one was there for more than 30 min. We had a feeling that we were scammed. For this money the description has to be full and truthfully described

It’s not the apartment on the photos

The photos doesn’t show real apartment. We booked the place based on the above beautiful photos, but we were settled in a small place under the roof top.

Staying in Dubrovnik - stay here

A few things went wrong but they were sorted out very quickly and with a smile. Being in the old city it is literally a few minutes to get anywhere. We got a Dubrovnik 3 day pass and definitely saved money

Wonderful location and spacious apartment

Location was perfect. In the walled city but close to Pile Gate. Breakfast was at a nearby cafe and had plenty of choices. Room had small kitchen, living space, bathroom and a wonderful wardrobe and bag room.

Absolutely AMAZING! Loved this stay, the room was perfect and extremely central to the beautiful town, with lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. We had close access to lots of different places

Great location just need some sound proofing for above apartment

Centrally located in the main area of Dubrovnik. Accessible to all shops and restaurants. Great keyless access. Lady who came to let us in was extremely helpful and informative.

Second bedroom is a mezzanine bedroom not a separate bedroom. Noisy from room above when they are walking around. Bathroom door handle fitted incorrectly.

Beautiful city and wonderful apartment very central for sightseeing

The apartments are in a great location in the walled city within easy walking distance to all the sights. Apartment was very clean and bed very comfortable.

When we booked we didn’t realise that the apartment wasn’t serviced daily which was not a problem; however a couple of extra towels would be good and more toilet paper as we had to buy and they only sell packs of 10 in the local shop!!

Lovely apartment in an unbeatable location.

The noise kept us all awake....all night. There needs to be somebody from the hotel to meet guests and bring them through the pile gate and assist with luggage up the stairs.

If you are travelling car, find alternative accommodation with parking or add 100 euros a day for parking in the car par

Location was great, Parking is a nightmare or just add 100 euro a day for parking, the 2 spaces are shared by all residents of the building including the bar staff. The reception was closed when we arrived (3.30pm) so just after check in time and we found the key in the bar below for the apartment with the bar staff, who was an arrogant not nice person shall we say, with no interest in anything except to give us the key. The room we booked was a double bed and was stated on the booking reservation, it was however just two single beds pushed together (single sheets etc , there was no topper over the 2 single beds or even double sheets or covers. As there was no one around and booking was no refundable we stayed, but brought it up with reception in the morning to be told a double is 2 singles, oh well time to more on

Great location and the kitchen facilities were very useful.

Location was very noisy and late night revellers could be easily heard until the early hours (02:00 to 03:00). We were woken on all but one of our 4 night stays. The sleeping arrangements were not ideal, one of the bedrooms was on a mezzanine level and open plan to the kitchen and therefor not private. The stairs were steep and narrow.

Perfect location and good size for a group of 4. clean and well appointed with adequate linen etc. very helpful staff. Andrea was very helpful and got us umbrellas promptly on a rainy day for the whole group.

Lot of noise from the street due to late revellers at night and drilling from an adjacent building undergoing renovation. But most annoying was the noise coming from the apartment above through the ceiling with people walking and stamping feet late into the night and then again early morning. was difficult to get a peaceful sleep.

perfectly situated in the old town, our host Edina pointed us in a few directions, we explored all , thanks to her advice we had a lovely meal on the outskirts of town where the locals go, ( it was a long walk, up the serpentine) but stunning views Thanks Edina lovely stay
