Spacious, clean, great location. Shampoo conditioner in room, microwave fridge coffee available. A small but full kitchen for those who want to cook.
I was told that I could leave my luggage before my check-in time. (I arrived at URBIS around noon, check in time was 4pm). I found out when I got there that the place to leave my luggage was just the hallway in the apartment building, between two units on the 2nd floor, and I wasn’t told which unit would be mine. That was unsettling! Later I found out that Croatia is super safe. Wish I knew!

we loved the location, easy to get to, not too many steps coming from Ploce gate. We loved that we could come home in the middle of a day and rest or dress warmly and go out again at night.
We had a minor problem with the plumbing.

The location was very central.
For the price paid, the room and especially the bathroom, was not very clean; there were still hairs on the bathrooms floor and when I quickly wiped the floor next to the bed, the tissue turned completely black. Furthermore it was hard to truly get fresh air: if you opened the windows, all the smells from the restaurant’s ventilation came in, making you feel like a French fry in bed. Overall, it wasn’t great, but maybe that’s just how it is in Dubrovnik.
