Apartments Noa Old Town

Location is great close to the centre of the Old Town, plenty of restaurants on your doorstep. Easy self check in and excellent detailed instructions with photos. The apartment is clean, spacious and modern.

It was clean, very central with modern decor and very central, with only a few stairs to the door

Air con wasn’t placed very well as it blows the cold air to the kitchen area, very warm during the night. Customer service was shocking! Never received any check in information what so ever, I phoned the phone number provided when outside the accommodation for check in to be met with a rude, argumentative worker who talked over me the whole time and shouting down the phone that I wasn’t speaking English when this is my first language. She told me there system was down she had no access to see my check in and to phone later but not sure when it would be up and running. After I hung up the phone seconds later I was phoned by someone else who magically had full access to see my booking and got us checked in in seconds!

Location could not be better. Comfortable bed, good aircon. Easy to find.

Host letting us know to come from the top of the stairs (Buza gate) this allowed us to come down a few stairs instead of up a lot of stairs

The tiny shower and the hard bed. It would be good if there were some Beach towels.
