Location was great. Close to Pile gate so you don’t have to carry suitcases up steep alleys. The apartment is small but nice. Bathroom was great with nice amenities. Vicko was helpful and mostly responsive.
Coffee supplied was terrible.

Our air conditioning did not work, making it very difficult to sleep given the heat. We told the hotel more than once but they did not fix the heat problem.
