There was no mention that you have to climb 75 steps to get into appartment. There was no mention that you would have to drag your luggage 1 mile on cobbke stone roads because taxis not allowed in the old city.

The location is fantastic, no need to climb any stairs around the old city to get to it. Super comfy and clean apartment. Breakfast vouchers were also very useful. Great communication, the host team were super quick to respond to any query.
Online portal was useful, however, there were a few mistakes on it/wrong information (showed that we had outstanding payments (which we didn't), address of the luggage storage place was wrong, did not reflect the early check in time, we paid extra for). None of these things were deal breakers, but it did result in having to email the host team repeatedly. They also forgot to set the bed up for one of the kids, but they sort it out quite quickly.

le petit déjeuner est dans un bar , pas très loin. Certes, le bar est bien situé mais le personnel est très désagréable avec les clients avec notre formule. dommage!

Amazing location and helpful management
Unfortunately the bed was extremely uncomfortable and the breakfast cafe was not great
