The location above Banjee beach was perfect. Beautiful views from the terraces and easy to walk to the old town.

The terrace is beautiful and the house is even bigger than the photos. Felt very comfortable and relaxed there. Kitchen was well equipped and easy enough to prepare some simple meals. Large fridge and plenty of glasses, plates, sharp knives and good plans. Nice to have 2 bathrooms. When we were missing some towels they brought them later that evening. Loved being able to walk down to the beach and sit on the beautiful terrace overlooking Old Town and the beach - sunsets were lovely. Nice to have A/C in the master bedroom but could have used it in the other rooms too. Easy check-in, quick response. Close to multiple grocery stores. Big rosemary plants outside, lots of old furniture.

Missed some attention to detail, hand towels, non-slip mats for the bathrooms, pillows were quite uncomfortable, could have used some lighting on the outdoor terraces so we could get down the stairs in the evening. Some more seating on the higher terrace would be nice, only 1 lounge chair but we were 5 guests. A working fan for the kitchen as it was so hot and no A/C (there was a fan in there but it was broken). Stairs up from Banje Beach and Old town might be challenging for some (can only access apartment via steep stairs) - but this is what made the view so great!

The front gate sticks and the handle is not fully secure so it was not easy to open. It was dark when we first arrived so it was a bit more difficult. Also, there were ants in the kitchen and we did not use the kitchen because of this.

This is an excellent location and the outdoor space is lovely. The beds are comfortable. Many restaurants and the beach are nearby.

The gate sticks so we had to call to figure out how to get in, they could easily include that information in the check in packet. Be aware that the stairs to reach the apartment would be difficult if you have mobility issues. We found a dead roach in our bedroom and some questionable items in the linens. The heaters in the rooms are not functional and we arrived on a cold night. It took several calls to get the information that there are two ac/heaters for the entire apartment. We were told the bedding should be sufficient when we asked for additional blankets. The kitchen is very dark including a snail on the wall. We didn't prepare any meals there. This was the most expensive place we stayed by far and the amenities were not at all what we saw in similar properties we stayed at in Croatia. For example, no shampoo, cheap body wash, bedding and towels are thin, stained and aged, we received one thin towel per person for four days, no bath mats.
