Perfect stay! The only advice is to carefully read the very long instructions for parking, etc.

Spectacular million-dollar view of Dubrovnik. We recommend the large attic apartment at the top floor. The view is worth the short 4-minute walk to the old town. And it has a nice kitchen with coffee and basics. The manager is very responsive and prompt if you have any questions, and the housekeeping lady is very friendly and helpful.

Beautiful views but lots of stairs to get to Old Town.

the views were amazing and the room was great.

Getting to the property was difficult because the street did not show on Google maps. It took us 2 hours to find the place.

It was a beautiful apartment with an exception view of old town. The custodial staff were a great help in getting us settled. We didn't have very good internet so we didn't have all the instructions.

The stairs to access the property,the property should specify the number of stairs to access the room ,I made a booking as it said ground floor ,but this property ground flooor is 2 floors down steep and narrow steps ,and was quite difficult with the luggage

With only one bedroom good for two, as we were four, needed the sofa bed, which was not as good as the bed to sleep.

Dubrovnik in October is an absolute joy!!!!

The apartment was spacious, well equipped, with fantastic views of Dubrovnik old town. The walk into town was just a 300 metres away, via a footpath from the apartment down to the old town outer walls.

No complaints.

Complete scam.

I booked this flat because they advertise free parking and I was coming with a car. As soon as I paid (non refundable), they said they actually don’t have parking, and sent me to a public, paid parking that charged me 133 EUR for less than 24 hours. That parking also required to walk up +100 stairs to reach the flat, but I have extreme bad asthma. A complete scam! The flat itself has a good view but they advertised A/C, which was only available in the living room, so good luck to sleep at night in the heat. Because of these extra 133 EUR they made us spend, we don’t have money anymore to buy food and I’ve had several asthma attacks because of the stairs.

Great view, nice apartment but lack of AC in bedrooms was tough for me.

The apartment is very nice with 2 nice bedrooms, If don’t want AC it’s great. Views were great.

I booked it for the AC and location. Had to walk over 200 steps to get to it which was tiring and at 90 plus degrees it was rough. Also only AC in the living room and only fans in the bedroom but they told me it wasn’t listed as whole apartment which was news to me. No safe for valuables. Slats on bedroom wood shades were broken so light comes in early. Living room windows don’t lock although no way to reach it. An extra 1/2 bathroom would have been nice but that was my oversight. Two keys would have been nice.

Beautiful view overlooking the old town and marina.

The people associated with the property were friendly and helpful. We had a nice view and a washing machine which was great.

There are a lot of stairs down to the old town (and then back up). If you have any difficulty with cobble stone steps and warm temperatures, stay elsewhere. The photos were a little misleading as far as outdoor space. Our apartment didn't have use of the yard. THere isn't breaksfast/coffee so we had to find that on our own. It would have been nice to have some suggestions provided (though we didn't ask).

Lovely views of old town, had everything you needed in the kitchen, even including things like cling film! Beds were comfy too.

A lovely apartment with great views!

Lovely apartment with amazing views of Dubrovnik. The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed. There was a super patio area which was great for relaxing and the facilities were fine for a week's holiday. The caretaker was super - she was so friendly and kind, changed our towels regularly and sorted out any small niggles during the week. The owners checked in with us during the week and were very responsive. Location was quiet but easy to get to the Old Town.

Parking was difficult and not really suitable. If you were the first to park then you were often blocked in by other cars. We ended up parking on the road although this wasn't always easy either. There are lots of steps down (and back up) to the Old Town which may not be suitable for some people.

The property was modern, clean with Beautiful views overlooking Dubrovnik. Barbara the host was very helpful and amenable. She was always available if we needed her.

Lovely though pricey

The host Barbara was very kind and responsive. The apartment was spacious and the view was lovely minus the construction site next door.

For the price/ night we could have had better towels ( they were extremely exfoliating) - maybe dry them in the dryer using a fabric softener. Also the lack of proper toiletries would have been convenient. The mattress/ pad was uneven - even lumpy in places. The price/ night was the highest we have paid during our 8 week trip to Europe - we kind of expected a little better. The parking though scary was handled well by Barbara.

Stunning views of Old Town

Stunning views of old town from the bedroom balcony and living room. Just steps (very steep ones, however, so be prepared) away from Old Town. Comfortable bed in main bedroom. Very nice and helpful property manager.

The pull out sofa bed is quite strange and uncomfortable and consists of three hard cushions that don’t fit together smoothly. No amenities. Old fashioned drip coffee maker. Make sure to come with ground coffee or tea packets if you want a cup in the morning.

Kurzer Weg in die Altstadt

Badezimmer sehr feuchte Wände , Handdusche defekt Wasser wurde im ganzen Bad verteilt . Fernseher konnte nichts gehört werden kein Ton , in einem Schlafzimmer war ein Fleck drin im Bettlaken , wurde beworben mit Parkplatz , keinen bekommen Zusatzkosten Parkhaus 30 € , Haus konnte man nur erreichen mit langer Treppe 175 Stufen , hatten ein Schwerbehinderten dabei . Zugangssperre konnte nicht sofort geöffnet werden keinen PIN bekommen fürs Grundstück , Schlüsseltresor ausgelutscht .

Tolles Apartment mit traumhaftem Blick auf die Altstadt und Stadtmauer. Nur ein kurzer Weg ins Zentrum. Wunderschöne Terrasse zum Entspannen und sehr nettes Personal – absolut empfehlenswert!

Fernbedienung vom TV ging nicht und somit konnte man mit den Kids den Abend nicht schön genießen. Wir hätten mit Netflix und Co einen schönen Familien Film geschaut. Schade

דירה מאד יפה ממוקמת ממש מעל העיר העתיקה של דוברובניק עם נוף מדהים מהטרסה לים ולעיר העתיקה. חדרים גדולים עם מיטות גדולות ונוחות, מקלחת מעולה עם מים חמים כל הזמן, חניה ממש מעל הדירה, והליכה קצרה מאד לעיר העתיקה. תקשורת מעולה עם הבעלים וקיבלנו הנחיות מדויקות וברורות איך להגיע למקום ברגל וברכב, איך לחנות ולהכנס לדירה. ממש מעולה וקל, הצטערנו מאד שלא יכולנו להשאר עוד...

נכון, מדובר ב170 מדרגות לעלות ולרדת מהדירה עד שער העיר העתיקה, אולם זה מחיר קטן לשלם על כל הדברים הטובים שמקבלים.

Tolle Unterkunft mit sensationellen Ausblick

Es war alles perfekt: eine tolle Aussicht 🌅 und eine wunderschöne Wohnung 🏡mit sensationellen Meer- und Altstadtblick. Für diesen tollen Ausblick muss man aber viele Treppen steigen. Gut gefallen hat uns das geschmackvolle Einrichtung. Wie immer war unser Aufenthalt viel zu kurz ⏳, aber wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder 😍, denn Dubrovnik hat uns wirklich sehr gefallen 💙. Jetzt wissen wir ja, wo wir nächstes Mal unterkommen können und wie das mit dem Parken funktioniert 🅿️.

Es gibt nichts auszusetzen!!
