Old Town View

This apartment was fantastic. Niko the owner was very helpful, friendly and informative. The room itself was very nice and had everything we needed. It was comfortable and clean. However, the BEST part of the apartment was the view of Old Town. You can see it clearly with no obstructions and it is awesome. I would stay here again and I recommend others to stay as well.

We, personally, did not care about the walk or the steps but for others the wall is a llittle over a half a mile and stairs up and down.

Amazing...

Our stay at this apartment was absolutely amazing! Everything listed in the description was 100% accurate .. and honestly, it went above and beyond our expectations. The view is amazing ... even with the cranes there. which did not bother us whatsoever. The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had every amenity we could possibly need. The location was perfect, and the host was incredibly responsive and welcoming. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend! By the way, when you arrive, there’s a Ring doorbell you can use to collect your keys and contact the host.

Wonderful Dubrovnik apartment

The apartment was wonderful - we couldn't have asked for more. The location is brilliant... A ten minute stroll from Dubrovnik old town with lovely balcony views of the sea and old town. The apartment was comfortable and had everything you can think of - plenty of storage, good cooking facilities, WiFi, a washing machine, ironing board etc. The owner greeted us and gave us helpful information on the apartment and local area. Private car parking was a huge bonus in Dubrovnik.

Car parking information in advance was limited (we were a bit concerned when driving into the restricted zone) but when we arrived, the owner explained to us that he would enter our registration into a system and it was fine. There is construction happening opposite but we knew that in advance and it didn't impact our stay.

Perfect as a base for a trip to Dubrovnik

This was the perfect place for us to stay for our short trip to Dubrovnik and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a base to explore the city from (12 min walk into the Old Town). The host met us at the property and was great with communication, friendliness and advice on local places to go etc. The apartment had everything we needed and was spotless and offered great views of the Old Town, from an impressive balcony. The bed was really comfy too! There were a lot of steps, but i doubt you'll find anywhere in Dubrovnik that doesn't have them! And anyway, they were a good form of exercise!

Great stay

Property was clean, fully stocked with all the stuff we needed for a comfortable stay. It was in a convenient location and easy to walk to the banje beach. Old town was a bit of a walk but still not too far. Check in was easy and straight forward. The hosts were nice, communicative.

Beautiful apartment, wonderful hosts, highly recommend

Lovely apartment! Well appointed with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Despite the heat outside, the apartment stayed very cool and we rarely needed to use the air conditioning. Every detail of a trip has been thought through for guest convenience- right down to the laundry detergent pods provided for the washing machine. Great location, just a few minute walk to Banje Beach and 10-15 minute walk to Old Town. Quiet area, great for families. The host was readily available and provided a thorough tour of the amenities and shared helpful tips about the area. This was a last minute booking for us when another property fell through and it worked out perfectly! Would highly recommend and can’t wait to return.

The only downside - and it didn’t really bother us that much - was the construction on a hotel just down the hill from the apartment. The work itself created minimal noise (which we barely heard from the apartment) and was done by 5 so that was not an issue. But the two large cranes being used interfere with the view a bit.

GREAT STAY NEAR THE OLD TOWN. GREAT VIEW WHEN NOT BLOCKED.

We were received by owner on arrival. He was very welcoming and gave us all the necessary information. The appartment was verY well equipped and confortable. The location is about 5 minutes to Banje Beach and 8 minutes to the old city. There is 2 groceries nearby.

There was 2 big cranes and construction work in front of the building which affected the view. During day it could be noisy. This was not fully disclosed on booking. Some people could find the appartment to high since there is 155 stairs from the road that leads to the old city. We did not mind because of the quality of the appartment.

Better options for same price

The apt is really nice, well equipped, clean, modern and good located. Although it has a perfect view and terrace, this is actually disturbed by an ongoing construction (view with two construction cranes, noise and pollution). In the end the great terrace and view cannot be properly enjoyed due to the constructions in the front of the building.

It my be said that a construction problem is not the owners fault but neither is mine. I would have appreciated if this information had been disclosed in advance so you can make a decision better informed. In the end decisions are made with the information in the same web. Unfortunately I was not able to upload videos.

Nice rental with beautiful views of Old Town

The rental was great! Everything was clean and in good condition. We were pleased with it. The views of Old Town from the terrace were beautiful too. The property manager met us on site for check in, so that was easy. The location was very good and only a short walking distance to Old Town; so we did not have to drive and try to find parking in Old Town (but note there are lots of stairs from the apartment to the street on that walk though). Overall, a great rental that met our expectations.

The location was fantastic overlooking the Old Town of Dubrovnik, spectacular coastline and the island of Lokrum. The proximity to the nearby beach, supermarket and the Oldtown was within a 10 minute walk. The apartment was very well equipped, comfortable and clean and the owner extremely helpful.

Wonderful stay in Dubrovnik

Beautiful apartment with an amazing view of the Old Town. Our hosts were very welcoming and available for any queries we had. The apartment was fantastic, spotless and had everything we needed from kitchen ware to a washing machine. The balcony is huge and we had a fantastic view over the Old Town and the harbour. Only a short walk to a few supermarkets and all the sites we wanted to go to. Will definitely be back🤗

We like the location of the proper and the view! The views was incredible, specially overlooking the city walls great way to watch the sunset on the balcony and a great start to the day having breakfast on the spacious balcony! The guy who owned the property was lovely, always happy to help if we needed!

There wasn’t anything to like , the owner was lovely always happy to have a chat! There is some works been carried outside of the property but this doesn’t really affect anything didn’t affect or ruin our stay! They are due to be completed early 2026. There is nothing to not love about this property the view really does sell this! And it was really good price specially with how lovely, clean and open the Appartment was! Will definitely be booking again!!!

Perfect location and a lovely stay

The view is absolutely spectacular. The apartment is lovely and the air-conditioning is very efficient which helps in a heat wave! The shutters also are an added bonus helping to sleep. The apartment is about a ten minute walk away from the old town. It was very clean and the coffee supplied was a lovely touch. Nico was helpful and pleasant and really knew his stuff. Trattoria Carmen in the old town was beautiful too. As was st Jacobs beach

Clean, comfortable property within a 15 min walk to town. one of the best options for Dubrovnik just outside the old tow

We had the studio with the terrace on the corner, lots of space outside and comfortable inside. Host on site was very helpful but there were challenges getting in touch via the links ahead of arrival.

If you take the lower road to the apartment their are killer steep stairs to walk, best to always use the top road to walk into the old town.

Fabulous apartment with beautiful sea view of Old Town and Lokrum island.

Amorimo was a beautiful, spacious, clean apartment with everything you need. The best part was the terrace with beautiful sunrise and sunset view of Dubrovnik Old Town and Lokrum island. Parking was included and walking distance to Old Town, Banje Beach and the Dubrovnik Cable car. we didn’t need our car for a few days. Our host was wonderful!! when we come back we’ll book here again.

Super clean, great location and stunning balcony views

Super clean, great location, amazing balcony views. the hosts were really welcoming and there if needed - but respecting our privacy if not. The apartment had everything you need and is walking distance from most attractions. Just be aware there are lots of steps to climb as it’s on a hill (but so is most of Dubrovnik) :)

Everything was great, the only thing - and this is really specific for families with small children only - is that it would have been great to have a high chair and something to block off the stairs from the living room.

Fantastic - had a fabulous time

The location was fantastic the pictures do not do the property justice - the sea view from the large terrace and of Dubrovnik old town was priceless You can easily walk into old town within 10-15 minutes - there are a lot of steps but worth it for the view - the air conditioning was excellent - good shower/ wifi and washing machine was handy - I would go back in a heartbeat!

It was perfect.

Pristine apartment with everything you could need especially when travelling with children. Host/owner walked us through everything and was very gracious and informative. Gorgeous view from the balcony (see below!)

Nothing really…lots of steps if you’re walking to the old town but good exercise and if you need you can always take a cheap Uber instead!
