Perfect setting to relax and recharge with wonderful hosts.

If planning to cater regularly for a large group, the kitchen is small - but with so many amazing restaurants and delicious food in Dubrovnik this is unlikely to be an issue.

Perfect location for a holiday with friends with spectacular views

We travelled with a group of friends. The villa was actually in three almost separate parts which suited our group really well. We all had space to ourselves and never felt like we were all on top of each other. There was a great outdoor seating and dining area outside where we could all congregate together.

There were a lot of stairs! But due to the nature of Dubrovnik, I think most properties are like this. More stairs = Great views!

Amazing villa with stunning views & great hosts

The Villa was stunning in every way. We were a group of friends that booked for a long weekend. Adrian & Naira are fantastic hosts and made us feel very welcome they couldn't do enough for us. They organised our shopping to be in the villa when we arrived, also a private boat trip for us for one of the days which was totally amazing. They really go above and beyond. Even with Naira playing the piano for us on our last night when we had a private chef cook us dinner to enjoy on the terrace. A great trip from start to finish. The views from the villa are breath taking and the distance to the old town is great. Highly recommend this villa for a central stay in Dubrovnik.

It is an excellent villa perfect for families or groups looking to enjoy Dubrovnik and have a nice place to relax in the evenings. The views when you wake-up are also exceptional! It is walking distance to local shops and the Old Town as well as many great attractions.

Comfortable, homely, high quality and super hosts

Outstanding location.. Not in the middle of crowded Town Centre but a short 10 minute walk. Also, because it is not located in town centre, we could take a car to the place (No cars allowed in town centre). The hosts were super helpful, very knowledgable of the city and things to do, cared for their property and more importantly cared for the guests. Always accessible, always smiling.

Spectacular views, great facilities and amazing hosts

Absolute perfection top to bottom. A beautiful Villa, in the best possible location - not in the crowds of the old city but a short walking distance. The facilities are fantastic and the pool is next level with the incredible view. The owners Adrian and Naira made sure we have everything we need at all times.

Stunning Villa Adrian

Beautiful large house walking distance from the old walled city. Absolutely stunning views of the ocean and Lokrum Island. The hosts Naira and Adrian were amazing, so friendly and accomodating. We loved chatting with them and learning about the history of their gorgeous home. They had wine and snacks for us when we arrived, provided restaurant recommendations and were very helpful with everything. The property itself is simply gorgeous, recommend for large groups even though we were a party of 4 wodmen. Well appointed bedrooms and bathrooms, cute kitchen, living area and a patio and pool with views to die for. Thorougly enjoyed our stay and we'd book Villa Adrian without hesitation again.

A really enjoyable week, in an exceptional Villa in an ideal location.

We were a party of nine adults plus one infant. The Villa and it’s location were ideal for us. It was a short walk into the old town of Dubrovnik and it’s many restaurants and bars. The property’s best feature was its main terrace (there are terraces on three levels) which provides a spectacular view over the bay. On one evening we booked a chef and enjoyed a wonderful meal while watching the sun set. If you’re a large family (or group) looking for a comfortable, roomy Villa in a very convenient location, I’d highly recommend Villa Adrian. Finally, owners Adrian and Naira were very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay.

A perfect holiday...

The villa was beautiful and everything as described. It was the attention to detail in the small things that really made it, like having more than enough crockery and cutlery and providing plenty of loo rolls. The views were spectacular, and only a 10 min walk into the old city. The hosts were so friendly and accommodating and so easy to be around, they almost became part of the group. They made our stay even more perfect

The hosts couldn’t do enough for us, very welcoming and lovely touches to make our stay so special. The villa was beautiful and very clean. The views were unrivalled, totally breathtaking with every room having a view of the sea! Would highly recommend this villa.
