The view from our one bedroom apartment was not quite what we expected. We just needed to be careful to not assume the view from all apartments is the same.

Loved the location, the cleanliness, size and host

Loved how close it was to the Old Town. Walking was pretty easy but it could be a bit tiring at the end of a long day of walking especially if you do a lot of steps. It is pretty easy uphill until the last 5 minutes a little more challenging but not bad

Wished both bedrooms had a view, only the smaller room did but the view from the living room and huge patio is excellent

It seems like a long way back up the hill after an entire day of enjoying old town. And there were cranes blocking part of the view. That’s really all I can come up with - non issues really!

It was a great choice glad we chose. Really nice option if traveling with multiple people.

The location, size of the apartment, amenities, and cleanliness. It was comfortable and a great place to relax when not exploring Dubrovnik. The view was fantastic. I would definitely stay again. Highly recommend. Since I was traveling with friends and family, I was also able to see the other units, and they were equally great.

My husband and I had the first-floor apartment, and the door to the steps leading up to our unit from the street did not lock. Our unit doors did lock, but we would have preferred if that door had locked.

Convenient apartment only 10 minutes walk from Old City

The location was terrific - a 10 min walk from Old Town; Banje beach only 5 min away and small Studenac market 2 min away. Matea, the host, was also terrific - very helpful and accommodating. She offered great recommendations for restaurants and day trips and would have made reservations for us (we didn't take her up on that). The apartment was clean and well equipped. Garage parking was an extra $20/day but well worth it.

There are no windows in the apartment. The only light is from 2 glass doors to the terrace (which is also the entrance to the apartment). While the terrace does offer partial sea view (which is what was stated on the website), the website listing also implied much more natural light. NONE of the photos on the website are photos from this apartment; I assume that they are photos of the 2nd and 3rd floor apartments, which have much more natural light. We were disappointed that the apartment, while clean and comfortable, was so dark and gloomy.

This place is incredible and we wished we had booked it for longer!

We LOVED this place!! So modern, beautiful, great AC system, amazing deck with views, incredibly comfortable beds, great kitchen, very spacious and all the comforts of home. I could live here! It is a bit of a walk to attractions, but well worth it! We were in awe of this property every time we walked through the doors. It has everything you need and the host was VERY helpful and responsive. We also appreciated the garage parking!

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment in Dubrovnik! The view was absolutely superb, and the location couldn’t have been better—close to everything yet peaceful. Excellent, quite location in a modern, spacious, and well-equipped apartment.

The location was great as it is situated away from the crowds of old town but is a quick 10-minute walk and there is a beach nearby. The unit itself was very spacious, comfortable, with modern finishes and the quality of construction is good. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need to prepare a meal and there were plenty of coffee pods as well as milk, juice, and water. Parking was easy and convenient and the home was very quite from the minimal outside noise. The host, Matea, was extremely nice, professional, helpful, and accommodating.

The bed was very hard and could use a pillow-top but other than that, the apartment was perfect.

Highly recommended stay in Dubrovnik

It's a premium Villa that is quite close to Old Town (800m walk), we enjoyed the scenic walk to Old Town. The Villa is super comfortable and well furnished, we felt is money well spent even though it's the most expensive accommodation in our entire Croatia trip. Matea, the villa manager is also super helpful and friendly, giving us lots of F&B tips, etc. Villa comes with daily paid parking, so it's very friendly for travelers who drove into Dubrovnik.

Amazing stay with gorgeous views!

This apartment is just as gorgeous as pictured, and the views can’t be beat! It is about a 12 min walk to Dubrovnik Old Town, with a moderate incline on the way back. The location is ideal! The manager was amazing as well, going over and above for us! She made sure she stayed late to receive a package that had been sent to me.

We booked the property for three couples. The couple staying in the smaller of the bedrooms did not have a comfortable stay as their room never cooled off sufficiently to sleep comfortably. Also, the room was pretty small for 2 people. This room would be better for a single traveler.

Gorgeous apartment with a warm welcome

Beautiful spacious apartment with comfortable beds and sofas and plenty of outdoor space. The space was very clean and well looked after and the host was extremely helpful and accommodating. Highly recommended.

The kitchen could have used a few more items like a wooden spoon for use with the non stick pan, and my son missed having a desk in his room - but he used the ironing board instead!

This place exceeded our expectations, myself and 5 friends traveled to Dubrovnik and stayed here and we were all amazed but just how amazing Villa casa bianca was. The views were incredible, it was a short walk to old town, the host was great and met us as soon as our driver dropped us off from the airport, and the housekeeper was super sweet and attentive. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Dubrovnik and would stay here again. The bonus was the balcony viewing the ocean, the view was incredible.

Great location and ease of use as base for Dubrovnik sight seeing. Well equipped kitchen and modern design of rooms with airconditioning.

Minimalist and simple furnishing reduced comfort of living space. No bath but shower good although design could be improved to avoid water on floor. Bedroom privacy compromised by neighbouring property.

Good location, minimalist unit, 1 bedroom basic with partial view from front patio only

The location was good, the unit was spacious.

The photos were misleading in the listing. We felt the unit lighting was very sterile and office like due to the fluorescence. It seemed like a bonus room for the building turned into an apartment. The bathroom was very basic with no where to put toiletries in the shower. The bed and pillows were not comfortable. The AC did not work very efficiently, despite being on the room was warm and we could have used a free standing fan. The view is only outside the front. All the listing photos make it seem we would have a nice balcony but we didn’t so it was disappointing. Would be nice to provide bottled water and more towels. Quite expensive for what it was.

Our host Katija, was extremely helpful and always on hand to help out with whatever we needed including recommendations for places to eat and visit. She made us feel at home. The place was large, super clean and there were absolutely everything for comfortable living. I took a lot of hotels in Croatia, and this one was one of the best. Big thanks to Katija that hepled us with every request.
