Apartments Sipa is ideally situated as it is just outside The City Walls and stone's throw away from everything Dubrovnik has to offer, whether one is interested in historic Old City and its many sights or basking in the Mediterranean sun and swimming in the crystal clear Adriatic sea.

Continuing straight down the street of the property, the north entrance of the Old Town is reachable within 10 minutes (600meters) without steps.
Parking is private, on site and chargeable (20 euros per day), reservation is required.
This superior two bedroom apartment with furnished balcony and sea view is perfectly fit for up to four people. It features WiFi, air conditioning and satellite TV. Kitchen is equipped with oven, refrigerator, microwave, water kettle, toaster, coffee machine and dining table. Apartment also provides an iron and ironing board. Bathroom includes bathtub, washing machine and a hair dryer. A balcony with a view and a side terrace, both with outdoor furniture are at your disposal.
Guests can explore sights such as the City Walls, Stradun, Rector's Palace and many more that this UNESCO heritage site offers or relax at one of the many cafes and restaurants. Divine pebble and sandy beaches Banje and St. Jacob are nearby. Cable car which offers stunning views of Dubrovnik and is a great photo opportunity is only few minutes away from the apartment. Nature reserve Lokrum Island is another must see with beautiful botanical gardens, untouched beaches and historic monuments.

it was a beautiful vacationðThe apartment is located in a very nice place with a fantastic view of the old town of Dubrovnik, the bay and the island of Lockrum, From the apartment, the old town and various beaches can be reached on foot via a few stairs, The cable car station as well as a small supermarket is on the same street,\nWe had such a charming living room with a large terrace, where we preferred to stay because the view was always changing and wonderful to look at, The apartment is very comfortable, you have everything you need, The landlady was very nice, attentive and helpful, We had an evening flight on the day of departure, She was so kind, she offered us a nice place to rest and where we could leave the luggage before our departure, We thank the landlady so much that she made it possible for us to have many wonderful, relaxed and interesting vacation days, We will never forget this amazing experience â¤ï¸
