Great location, spacious room and private parking!

Juan checked us in he apartment, he was very helpful and showed us everything about the apartment. The communication with him before the trip was also very good, and after the check-in he sent many suggestions that were very helpful. The apartment is very well located, the private gated parking was very helpful for us as we were travelling the country by car - but easy to get to town by bus, the bus stop is literally in front of the apartment and takes 12 minutes until Old Town. The room was spacious, plenty of wardrobe space and the kitchen had everything we needed. The outdoor space was also very nice, very spacious and perfect to catch some sun. Even though the apartment is located in a busy road, once the door are closed you can't hear a thing. I would definitely stay there again and highly recommend this place!

The shower doesn't have a door (apparently common feature in Croatia) so the floor and the floor mat can get very wet. I would just recommend to adding a clothes drying rack outside, it makes it easier for the guests to dry clothes without using the furniture.

The personal was horrible! There was only one person at the reception who was absolutely irresponsible. He didn’t even give us the exact adress which led to us walking half an hour in the heat. He arrived late into the afternoon so communication only resulted on the phone where he chose if he was in the mood to help. Didn’t take care of our luggage because if was not his responsibility. Worst possible service. If your staffs name is Juan Aybar consider yourself doomed.

It made do but I wouldn’t stay again

I loved the location! It was a short walk away from two beaches and plenty of restaurants in a not too heavy tourist area. And the heated floors in the bathroom are lovely after a cold shower

Rooms were not as advertised, reception turned out to be a hallway and the other building staff had ‘nothing to do with this part’. I had to chase the owner through booking.com, then email and then whatsapp twice just to check in, just for the key to be already in the apartment door ready for whoever wants to use it. The cleanliness could be better, cracks in the wall, stained bedsheets with a few hairs about.

Marko the host was so accommodating and so prompt in communication the apartment was super clean and comfortable location was perfect with only a 10 min drive to old town and plenty places to eat nearby too only a 10 min walk from the most gorgeous beach (lapad beach) our stay was absolutely faultless

Could be nice without hammer-drilling

+ Nice little room with a kitchenette, private bathroom and terrace like on the picture + Very clean + All the necessary minimum, e.g. AC, fridge, hair dryer, kitchenware, window blinder, etc (but missing final touch like cup towels or surfaces in the bathroom, any sun shield on the terrace) + Very nice manager + If you care, Netflix + Walking distance from beach or big supermarket (and small one is next door)

- 7am wake up with drilling and hammering. Daily. Incl. Sunday. Sounds like next door in fact - ground lever (3 floors down). The building has multiple owners, and the host has no control over workers, he can’t even make them comply with the legal start time. Yet, the host keeps renting these rooms out without any warning. I saw the construction site: do not rent anything from this building in the remaining part of August and probably September 2023. First day we thought it’s one-time occasion, next day we complained and by night got an offer to have our remaining 2/4 nights refunded, and no compensation for the weekend already been half ruined :( - Limited hot water: electric boiler (but that seems to be the problem of the whole area)

Happy with stay and location.

Very clean and modern. Free parking, comfy bed and easy to get to centre, took 45min walking or there was a bus stop just across the road.

Hot water didn’t last very long and the air conditioning wasn’t great. Lots of banging in the morning due to ongoing building work.

The hotel was in a very convenient place with parking and the bus stop near so you won't have to pay for parking near the old city. (30 euros /hour) The staff was very polite and helpful.

Decent place for a long stay.

Great location, 3 beaches are within 10-15 minute walk. Apartment is new. Comfort bed. Air condition. Great and helpful host. The bus stop to the old city is right near the apartment.

There are several things which can be improved 1) No shower curtain. All the bathroom is wet after taking the shower 2) There were no additional trash bags. We stayed for 1 week, so 1 or 2 additional would be useful. 3) No clothes dryer. It is important to have one when you are constantly going to the beach.

Convenient location, close to a grocery store, close to the beach. To one beach 10 minutes on foot, to the second 15. Clean and comfortable apartments. Air conditioning just saved us in this heat.

There was not enough balcony for drying things, as they hung them outside the window on a small partition.

Forholdsvis midt i mellom alt.

Badet hadde veldig dårlig sluk, så ble vått ut til gangen. Gulvet hadde posnet opp utenfor baderomsdøren fra tidligere, så sikkert ett langvarig problem. Syns også badet til tider kunne lukte. Obs, vaskehjelp og nye håndduker x1 pr uke. Vi spurte om flere og fikk det av vår hyggelige vert ☺️

Alles in allem: zum Leben hat’s gereicht. Wir hatten ein Bett zum schlafen und eine kleine Küche zum verlegen. Das Auto

Die Lage war echt gut. Schön mittig und mit einer tollen Anbindung an den Bus. Mit dem Bus kann man super die 15min in die Altstadt fahren ohne jetzt 40€ für das Parkticket bezahlen zu müssen. Das Apartment hatte eine funktionierende Klima und Rolläden. Das Bett war eher weich, aber bequem. Die Küche hatte eine kleine Ausstattung. Das Parkhaus war für uns auch zugänglich, wenn auch mit der ein und Ausfahrt sehr eng für einen Kombi. Juan war per WhatsApp zu erreichen, wenn man ihn braucht.

Die Küchenausstattung beinhaltete eine kleine, alte, zerkratze Pfanne und Töpfe bei denen sofort etwas anbrannte, wenn man weniger Öl benutze. Es wurde auch angemerkt, wenn man kocht bitte die Fenster komplett auf zu machen da ansonsten der Feuermelder direkt anspringt - was aber zum Glück nicht lange anhält. Beim Duschen muss die Badezimmertür auch zu bleiben da ansonsten das Gleiche passiert. Der Schlaf war okay, wenn nicht die anderen Bewohner die Haustür zufallen lassen und die Wohnungstür dann anfängt im Schloss zu klappern. Zimmer war sauber, wenn man es nicht schlimm findet, dass noch hier oder da andersfarbige Haare als die eigenen rumliegen zu haben. Leider war die Dusche auch nicht so dicht. Man hat schon an 1-2 Stellen Schimmel gesehen. Bitte zu beachten, dass es Balkon und Waschmaschine nur direkt im Apartment gibt und nicht schon in einer Suite.

Era cómodo, limpio, amplio, buena vista.

El host preguntaba mil veces a que hora llegaba y luego cuando llegamos, la habitación estaba sucia y tuvimos que esperar una hora para poder ingresar. Luego el calentador del agua nunca funcionó. El lugar estaba un poco apartado y no tenia nada cerca. Al salir, nos pidió que nos retiráramos puntuales a pesar de habernos hecho esperar para entrar. (Al minuto del check out estaban tocando la puerta para hacernos salir).

В наших апартаментах балкона не оказалось как на фото, также был сломан чайник. Кроме того, очень поздний заезд 16:00, вы серьёзно? В просьбе заселиться пораньше было отказано.
