Overall, disappointing. The facilities were substandard and in some cases, dangerous.

It was easy to collect the key. Breakfast was ample and there was plenty of choice. The apartment was quiet and the air conditioning was efficient and desperately needed. The room was regularly cleaned with a fresh supply of towels.

There were several elements that were dubious. There were bare, exposed wires in one of the kitchen cupboards. The stairs bannisters were insecure and not sturdy. There was very bad head clearance on the upper/mezzanine bedroom floor and we banged our heads several times on the beams and once caused a head wound which caused bleeding. The bathroom cupboard was not secure or attached to the wall and the door hit the sink when opened. Both shower heads in the bathrooms were detached from the wall. The emergency fire alarm which should have the glass broken in case of an emergency was completely blocked by the wardrobe in the living area and is a fire risk. Had there been a fire, it would not have been possible to hit the alarm. This is a very dangerous fire risk. The website advertised a bar on site and a communal garden area with BBQ. Neither of these facilities existed and as a result was falsely advertised.

The room was perfect, both in size and comfort. Modern and functional furniture. I also really appreciated the availability of parking for the rented scooter. The reception staff were truly kind and welcoming.

The only downside was the breakfast: too poor for my taste. I couldn’t find cold skimmed milk, cookies, croissants, a proper choice of jams, or even simple rusks. So, in my opinion, it’s not very international.

Perfect for a comfortable good nights sleep.

The room they gave me was fantastic it was spacious, clean and comfy. Good A/C and had a fantastic nights sleep. Breakfast was great, nice selection. The staff was fabulous.

The shower was blocked in the one room, which turned the bathroom into a wet room. Had to use the other shower which didn’t have a fitting to put the shower head but I made do.

Good hotel, great staff, impossible to find when arriving

The staff was extremely kind and friendly. They helped us with all our questions and problems, going the extra mile in occasions.

The hotel as named on Booking B&B Boutique Eluize is imposible to find. The lobby is behind a parking area closed off by a parking gate that looks private, not like a hotel. Plus the actual name of the hotel is different, making it even more confusing.

A very good and wellcoming inn

The hotel staff was extraordinary nice, very helpfull, breakfast was great. The location was close to a bus station going to the old town. The staff had helped us during a crisis and we are greatfull for that.

Great hotel

Good location with a bus stop right outside. 10 minute walk from beach and strip. Room was spacious and bed was very comfortable. We arrived late and were told the balcony door was broken but the next day were moved rooms when a new one was available which was good. Also had a late flight home and the staff provided us with a fresh towel to have a shower in there downstairs facilities and also filled our water bottles for the trip to the airport which was very kind of then. Good options for breakfast too.

Ok, with a few inconveniences

Apartment was spacious and having 2 bathrooms was nice. Location was not far from Dubrovnik and easy to get an Uber. Breakfast was adequate and a nice perk! Price was good for a large group looking for several rooms. Free parking.

Arrival is a little confusing. There are no signs for "B&B Boutique Eluize". The place is actually the same building as "D'Elegance". We had to call from the street to see if we were at the right place, and to get the parking arm raised. Parking is very limited, but we did find a place. Also, although everything was new looking in the apartment, at closer look, several things were not finished. For example, the fire/sprinkler system still had a plastic cover over it. And the showers were not properly caulked or sealed, causing water to pour out onto the floor.

Good location

Comfy bed, free WiFi (good enough for streaming tv) and well located for getting the bus into the Old City or for going to the lovely beaches in Lapad. Staff at reception were lovely and happy to help.

Hard to find as signage is lacking though a small one was added to the door while we were there. Breakfast was a random mix of items (courgettes and carrots are not my normal breakfast combo but enjoyable nonetheless) but was ok overall. Air con didn't seem very effective during the day.

The hotel ended up being very close to a fantastic restaurant = within walking distance

The hotel was not a boutique hotel. It was more like a residence where rooms were being rented out to travelers. We had a very difficult time finding the building and even then there was only a piece of paper on one of the doors indicating the name of the so called boutique hotel. Sitting out on the balcony was nice even though it was on a busy corner where the cars never stopped.
