It was a lot of accommodation for the money. Not too far from central Dubrovnik and the Old Town but needed a taxi or bus to go out.
Simple and basic. In an uglier part of town - building sites and rubbish etc. Thin walls. Average breakfast.

Free parking, bus stop just across the road, 10min walk to beaches. Nice breakfast room, but I missed being able to sit outside. Breakfast kind of basic but some hot meals and freshly cooked eggs. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The room is nice and clean with a very standard beds, brand new. The location is perfect, very close to the beach, 1 min walk, also it’s close to restaurants and the beach side centre. The hotel host was friendly and always ready to assist with anything we needed. Breakfast options were always on point.. Free garage space was very nice
