Very nice apartment with pool

Clean and fresh, very nice and friendly hostess. Beds are super, and the wine cellar a must-see.

The pool is nice and clean, but a bit cold (we visited a bit off-season, so i guess it's a plus if the weather is really warm)

Modern, very clean, everything required for a comfortable stay. Bonus was the outside area and pool plus the wine cellar. The host was super friendly and flexible (we got held up at the border crossing and were late).

Nothing we didn’t like with the apartment it was exceptional and we would definitely consider staying again if we revisit Dubrovnik. Apartment t in a hilly area but manageable and can use the local buses to avoid steps and hills.

Great stay here and would recommend

Flexible with check in and able to check in early. We were met at the door. Stunning apartment with a gorgeous pool to chill out at during the day or at night when we got back from eating out. Air Con was a life saver as we'd been so hot in London without it. Big bedrooms and really great stay

Do your research about the area to be sure

The heated pool and the location to the beach and promenade ( with all the restaurants ). Smart Tv was a bonus The bath in the master bathroom is huge

Noisy neighbours ( not attached to properly ) And listening to overhead noises from owners - Living room cramped and bedrooms too small for big suitcases to open . You couldn’t turn off The light in wine cellar as remote was dead - Not enough normal glasses for drinking . ( wine glasses galore ) would be nice to have milk and tea supplied. Always ran out of toilet paper ….

Amazing stay

The property is in mint condition, well equipped, nicely decorated and has special features such as the wine cellar, the water jets in the swimming pool and the bbq and dining terrace. Whilst a bus ride away from the old city, nearby there are plenty of restaurants, supermarkets and a pebble beach. The host is lovely and welcoming, they showed us around the property and provided information of local amenities. They were very accommodating and allowed us to check-in early and to leave our bags after check out.

Amazing apartment

One of the most beautiful apartments we’ve ever stayed in. It’s very clean, modern and most importantly neighborhood is quiet. It’s a seven minute walk to the Uvala promenade where are all the cafes, shops and the beach. Swimming pool is just amazing. The wine cellar is a real hidden gem of this fantastic apartment. I wish we could have stayed longer.

Perfect Apartment and location.

What a fabulous place to stay. The owner met us and was very welcoming even though we were early. She was extremely helpful and informative and booked us a transfer back to the airport on the last day. The accommodation was superb. It had everything we needed and more and everything in it was quality. We used the pool every day and the outdoor furniture was very comfortable as well. The beds were extremely comfortable and none of us had a bad night's sleep. The apartment is situated close to the harbour, many of the beaches, lots of restaurants and bars and a good hours walk away from the Old Town ( A number 6 bus gets you there if you prefer for approx 2 Euros ). There's a supermarket and chemist just around the corner. Although close to these things it is nice and private and quiet. I would definitely stay here again. It is suitable for families, couples and small friendship groups ( Particularly with the private wine cellar ). The host is helpful and available but unobtrusive. Perfect for us. Well.. there are a lot of things to like. Two spacious rooms and two bathrooms, a gorgeous swimming pool and bbq terrace. Full equipped kitchen. Three flat screens. And of course a wine bar. It has everything you need for a plesant stay in Dubrovnik.

I loved everything, the place is superb. Everything was perfect! Beautiful and modernly decorated apartment. I really like the pool and the wine cellar( I have never seen an apartment with it), where I truly enjoyed drinking some good wine. The beaches are about a 10-minute walk away. Nearby promenade street "Uvala" is a few minutes away, where there are restaurants, cafes, and groceries stores. Very clean and tidy. Looks and smells like new furniture. I will definitely return again next year, for a more extended period. Ideal accommodation for a family of 4.

Most beautiful apartment ever!

We loved the apartment, such a modern place, we felt like we were in a luxury private resort! The best thing is a private wine bar in the basement and a pool with sunbeds! You don’t need anything else as this apartment has everything. The location is excellent and there are few beaches near by, also close to bars and promenade (like 5-10min walk). Apartman has a private parking wich is great as we came with a car. Stay was 10 out of 10 and the host was also very welcoming. Definitely coming again!

Córka właścicieli czekała na nas przy apartamencie. Właścicielka pomogła nam w zorganizowaniu transportu z lotniska do apartamentu. Apartament wspaniały. Cicha okolica. Dwie sypialnie, każda z łazienką i telewizorem. Nowoczesny i bardzo czysty apartament, świetnie wyposażony. Dostępna pralka i zmywarka. Piękny basen, dostępny tylko dla gości apartamentu; leżaki przy basenie i ręczniki; prysznic przy basenie i umywalka; wokół piękne drzewka :-) Właściciele dostępni, służący radą. 2 minuty od apartamentu sklep spożywczy i przystanek autobusu nr. 6, który dowiezie Cię do starego miasta. Do najbliższej plaży 15 minut na piechotę - Mandrac Beach.

Rymlig & fräsch lägenhet med extra allt!

Allt var så fräscht, rent och snyggt! Poolen var helt underbar att bada i och ac'n i alla rum var ovärderlig. Fina och rymliga uteplatser på både fram- och baksida. Allt var noga genomtänkt och vi saknade ingenting. Helt perfekt boende med fullt utrustat kök för en familj på 4 personer i 1 veckas tid. Hade gärna stannat längre!

고급 독채풀빌라로.가까운거리에 편의점(Studenac),버스정류장(6번버스),프롬네이드(식당가),슈퍼마켓(Tommy),해변이 있다. 올드타운은 차로 10분거리로 우버는 중심가에 들어가지 못해 통제구역밖에서 내려야 했으나 6번버스를 이용하니 pile gate 앞에 내릴수 있었다. 아파트는 아주 청결하고 호스트도 아주 깔끔하고 친절하다. 무료주차장을 제공하고 에어콘도 아주 시원하다. 수영장은 약간 데워져 있어 이용하기에 딱 알맞은 온도 였다. 주방은 조리하기 편리하게 되어 있고 바베큐그릴도 사용할수있으며 지하에 와인셀러가 있어 편의점이 문닫는시간에도 와인을 저렴하게 구매할수 있다.

Apartamento lujo con piscina privada

El alojamiento es moderno, amplio con dos habitaciones cama matrimonio y dos baños completos. Las camas cómodas , tiene lavadora, lavavajillas todo lo necesario . Y la terraza y la piscina fenomenal. La propietaria muy muy amable nos dio consejos y pudimos salir a la tarde del apartamento para ir al aeropuerto.

La única pega es que está muy lejos del centro . Hay que coger bus o un Uber por 9 euros .
