Really nice hotel, but warning for parking

Really nice room, good shared kitchen and laundry equipment.

Happy with our stay.

We stayed for 2 nights. The room was clean and tidy. The bed was very comfortable. It is a quiet location. It is self check-in and the host was great to communicate with. There is a washing machine and dryer to use which we were very happy as we’d been travelling for a while.

We had issues with the aircon, not getting cold despite trying the different settings. The dryer was great for the first load but the second load it wouldn’t dry properly.

If driving to location there are no signs on building indicating the address. Smoke detectors had masking tape completely wrapped around them.

There was a nice bathroom. There a lot of sockets for devices.

It was far out of the city centre. Tenants who sat outside the apartments were grim. Some of the furniture had been damaged. The bed was very high off the floor and didnt seem very safe.

Big comfortable bed. Quiet room. Nice bathroom. Reasonable price for Dubrovnik.

People hanging outside drinking and smoking. A little confusing of where the actual entrance was. Key code locks were falling off walls. Streaming services didn’t work on TV. Hardly any body wash left.

The apartment itself, comfortable beds, nice bathroom. Location was great.

There was a couch that was converted into a bed for the kids, not very comfortable. I missed a bigger table for breakfast which was taken at our room. There is a small lobby that could be more interesting with a bigger table and a microwave.

Extra paid on the place of taxes & cleaning fee which was more then 10% of total amount of booking. Extra paid 0,5€ for low quality coffee pods (should be for free). First reasturant from guide recomendation wasn’t delicious food but was really expensive (Rudjer Old Town).

Perfecto a stop over to visit Dubrovnik.

Remote from old town but central to the quarter it is located and beach.

Prefer personal touch when booking and checking in/out. All went fine , communication via messenger was swift. not seeing the host in person felt a bit uncool.

The rooms were pretty new so also the bathrooms.

To collect the key was easy BUT the difficulty was to find the actual place because there was not indication on the street beyond a little sign close to the entrance which is quite hidden from the street. Arriving in the night with a Uber might give some problem. We ended up paying nearly the double of our Uber price because we made the driver wait until we were sure where we were going. This hotel allow pets and there was a dog (probably alone) locked in the room barking all night. I found it overpriced for the actual place and no service at all. As they say it it not a hotel but a self catering accommodation and I would expect to be a bit cheaper.

Really it is difficult to find something of special in this Place. Perhaps I can say the shower is good and there is the A/C. Anyway the room permit us to sleep.

The apartment is in a gray and sad Building full of others Little apartments. It's difficult to find the entrance. When we arrived (finally), we found a dark Hallway and bad odor at entrance. The view from the Windows is bad. The free parking is not Easy, so you could decide to pay 15 euro for day under the Building. The place is far from anything. To reach the historical center it needs 45 minutes of walking, 2 euro of bus (Always full in High seasons) or 15-20 euro of taxi.

definitely worth the money and we would come back

It was great to collect the keys via key box as we arrived late and nobody needed to wait for us. The room was spacious, equipped with all necessary amenities (fridge, coffeemaker, cups, cutlery etc) and clean. The location is very close to the Lapad beaches and the bus stop from Babin Kuk to Pile Gate (no 6). Close to supermarkets and centre Lapad, too. Aircon was great and quiet. The view was nice and the surroundings were good.

We expected a double bed, but had a twin bed pushed together. The towels were ok, the big towels were rather small and thin. At the same time it is hot in Croatia. The walls between rooms are thin, so you can here party folk kn the other rooms.

Everything was perfect, with the exception of the fact that the windows of the room faced the part where during the day it was very noisy, which disturbed sleep in the morning
