Location and amenities, good price excellent host!!

Excellent host, Peter and Deepak were great! The location could not be better, we parked our car in the garage offered and we did not have to worry about hight parking fees or safety of the car. The Sortiment is right next to a Tommy market and a bakery where you can get fresh bread. The walk to the walled city was about 15 minutes. We had a great time. Thank you Peter and Deepak!!!

We had a wonderful stay in the apartment in Dubrovnik! The host was very kind and welcoming, and made us feel at home right away. The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We truly enjoyed our time there and would love to come back!

Helpful and friendly staff, clean apartment

Apartment was clean and had everything we needed, including a cot and bedding for our little one. We struggled to find it (our fault!) but the owner was very responsive and met us to show us the way which was very kind. I should say however, we stayed in another of the owners apartments to the one photographed which we agreed to after a confusion with the booking. If this apartment is like the one we stayed in though, I'd highly recommend and would stay again.

The apartment was a bit of a walk to the old town, however that was reflected in the cheaper price. It was still close to a bars, a craft beer brewery, restaurants, shops and the port so can't complain.

Fernandez Family Review at Spacious Apartment

The location. It is literally next door to Tommy's supermarket which was handy for us. A bakery is located close by too which does brilliant pastry stuff amongst other food. Across the road, the steps leads to several other shops.

If you hire a car the space under the building gets fully booked, especially when you come home in the early hours of the morning, parking then was difficult to find.

Worst booking experience ever.

The owner did not let us in at the last minute, because he thought I was being rude against him when I asked to check the apartment for parking. Asked a photo of my passport, suspicious of scamming. I drove six hours to be locked out with my family, including an infant.

A terrible experience.

A fraud and a very negative person. I made a reservation for one night, I informed him about the arrival time and in the end he did not answer the phone, after 1 hour in the middle of the road he answered and told us that we should go to another address without giving us any explanation. After we went to the other address, even though we had booked a two-bedroom apartment, we were given only one bedroom, and they asked us to pay the taxes even though we had already paid them. When we told him that we paid the taxes and why is he giving us one bedroom when we paid for two, he canceled the reservation and in a very arrogant way told us to get out. Where in the meantime it was 12 o'clock at night. A terrible experience.

We loved the size and the view was also next door to a store and a bakery

It was very big and comfortable but when we came in there was mouldy food in the cupboard and dirty panties in the laundry basket also the fridge leaked water on the second shelf and crisper one of the bedrooms air conditioner didn’t work he said he would come but never did we were there for ten days three adults with four bath towels so used one for a bath mat in the add it says all taxes included when we got there he charged us Eighty euro for a tourist tax we bought a flipped so we could turn our eggs over and some hand towels. Other wise we enjoyed outstay in such a beautiful country

Was not clean when we moved in the air conditioning in one bedroom didn’t work the fridge leaked water on the second shelf and crisper I wiped down the shelves in the cupboards under the sink in the kitchen and bathroom and some of the drawers where you would put your clothes

Nice place, I would like to stay there again once upon a time

Location was beautiful. The apartment was big enough for us with 3 kids. Clean and silent, quite close to reach the city Center by foot. Peter(administrator of the Appartment) is nice, communicative, friendly and helpful person.

Modern looking apartment, very near to the old town. There is washing machine with tumble dryer (2in1), which came very handy. Another bonus was the second toilet and the heated flooring.

Nothing, Absolutely nothing

Terribly apartment was substituted without any notice. APT looks really old and totally different with what i booked. After asking the nationality, demanding additional city tax(except from booking.com) and parking charge. Finally, the owner ignored my request to correct my reservation. It was a ridiculous experience while 7 ~ 8 years. I never recommend an apartment in Dubrovnik and always try to alert people planning to go there!!

Overpriced dishonest scammers.

It was spacious indeed.

Firstly we had to wait hour and a half for our host to come. After that, we were scammed into paying 30€ for parking and local taxes by host (neither we got the invoice for a parking nor a tax, even though we were originally told that it is included in price). Later we found out that there is a plenty of waaaaaaay cheaper and safer parking space available up and down the street). Kitchen was dirty, so were the beds and bedsheets. Hair was all over the place. Internet was horrible. At the checkout our host was kindly asked to bring invoices once again, however he never showed up.
