Overall it worked out well for us.

Clean. Well equipped. Just a few bus stops into the old town. Not over expensive. Nice to have a small balcony with a view of the sea in the distance.

The 2 main issues were: 1: The air conditioning unit was not good. In the heat of Summer the apartment was still quite hot - so it made it hard to get to sleep 2: The location is up a steep hill so in the heat of a Summer day it’s tough going walking up the hill a couple of times a day in the sunshine.

Good place to stay to access tourist sites and hiking sites

Good location! We like to walk so it was about a mile to old town. It was also about a mile to a hiking trail onto a hill to get good views. It was quiet and clean at this property and had a nice terrace.

Not the properties fault but parking is tough and expensive in Dubrovnik! We lucked out and got a spot out front. Parking is 1.3€ / hour.

Very pleasant stay.

The apartment was clean and tidy on arrival. We only stayed for one night so didn’t get to use all the facilities.

Some mould on the bathroom and the door handle was rusty.

It says 200m from the beach… not the main beach, a private beach from another hotel that was closed for visitors 🫤 not exactly a lie but pretty misleading

Disappointing.

The shower was good.

Poor communication from the host. Didn’t tell us that the studio had no balcony, there were 3 doors to get through before getting to the actual studio apartment. We arrived late & there were clothes on the balcony and we thought the unit was occupied and didn’t want to disturb anyone in a new country. We ended up having to sleep in our car overnight after 7 hours of roadtrip. It ended up wasting half of the one day we were in Dubrovnik. When I complained about the situation host was not empathetic & instead said it’s never happened to them before. We ended up leaving property a day earlier and we only had 1.5 days in Dubrovnik so ended up wasting half a day of ours here that was precious, part of our honeymoon & last bit of our trip. It was also after a 7 hour roadtrip. We ended up having to sleep in our car rental & then had to book a nearby Hotel that really took care of us but was pricey because it was last minute. The air con didn’t work properly & didn’t cool the studio & was leaking heavily with a pool of water on the floor.

Air conditioning remote control was faulty and the air-conditioner could not be operated other than on or off.

Amazing property for bachelorette weekend (group of 10)!

We had 5 apartments and they were all great! Balcony/terraces were very pretty! Views amazing, good comfortable beds, it had everything we needed!

Excelente ubicación mala atención

Tiene una excelente ubicación y se puede llegar caminando a la ciudad en 15 minutos,

La atención de la administración y la descripción de la habitación. Dice que tiene estacionamiento, pero no es así, es la calle y la persona que me atendió no sabía cómo o dónde está la máquina del parking y solo se justificó qué ella era local y lo hacía desde la app, que no puede bajar. Al final me mandó al kiosco que está al inicio para subir hacia el departamento y ya pude pagar. La habitación decía con vista pero era el que estaba hasta atrás y tenía una azotehuela. Solo te sugiero que preguntes antes si puedes usar el lugar enfrente de la cochera, porque mientras a mí me dijeron que no, a otra persona le dijeron que sí. No tenía buena limpieza en la cocina.

Un buon soggiorno!

Abbiamo soggiornato nell'ultimo appartamento, una mansarda. Abbiamo apprezzato la doccia spaziosa e la piccola cucina fornita di tutto il necessario, belli anche i fuochi a induzione.

Essendo una mansarda, il tetto era molto basso in alcuni punti, per cui ci siamo dovute abbassare varie volte. Il letto inoltre è posizionato nella parte di tetto spiovente, per cui può essere scomodo se si è molto alti.

Carino

La camera era pulita e accogliente. Il terrazzo, anche se non integrato alla camera, era carino e utile. La posizione era discreta, un pò in salita e a circa 20 minuti a piedi da Old Town.

La spiaggia più vicina è Bellevue beach e non è facilmente raggiungibile, anzi, teoricamente è inaccessibile ma tutti ci vanno superando un cancello. La doccia non scarica bene e l'acqua ristagna.

Net appartement maar prijs en kwaliteit is voor mij niet in balans.

De ligging op loopafstand van de Old Town, maar vergis je niet in de vele hoogte meters! In de dakramen zat goede zonwering waardoor het goed donker te krijgen was.

De kamer heeft op de keuken na, 3 schuine wanden. Het is te doen, maar praktisch is het niet. Ook begon de airco na 2 dagen via de binnenunit te lekken, omdat hij het koelen niet aankon.
