Location was amazing, so close to town (25 minute walk to old town, 25 minute walk to Lapad). Walking is a little bit taxing in Dubrovnik (lots of altitude changes) but it's worth it! Lots of amazing sights. The apartment itself was great; air conditioning was provided and EVERY facility you could need for your stay is there; coffee, air conditioning, umbrella for when you go to the beach, towels, washing machine, clothes lines for drying your clothes, fridge, etc.
We did on occasion hear people through the walls; not the venue's fault, just some rowdy guests in adjacent accommodation. Wifi cut out VERY occasionally, not a big deal at all.

propreté, amabilité de l'accueil. Le parasol de plage. Les nombreux bus pour rejoindre la OLD town, sinon la marche à pied de 15 min. Supermarché en face de l'appartement (ferme dimance).
Les nombreux escaliers (niveau 3 étages).

The location is a little away from the old town however the bus stop is near and it’s not too far to walk in.

O apartamento é excelente. Muito bem equipado e com todos os utensílios necessários. O anfitrião também é muito atencioso e nos auxiliou guardando as malas antes do horário de início da estadia. Existe um ponto de ônibus e mercado muito perto também, facilitando bastante a logística.
