I love the location of it. It was close to wonderful restaurants and it was away from the crazy tourism. We were able to walk to beaches. It would usually take about 30 minutes to reach the great beaches of Copacabana. We could easily walk another 30 minutes in the opposite direction from our place and walk to old town. It was very enjoyable and scenic.
We were really looking forward to the balcony. Beautiful views, but the traffic was extremely loud. Every once in a while, a motorcycle would go by and you wouldn’t even be able to have a conversation with the person that you were sitting next to on the patio.

Modern, spacious and clean apartment. Beautiful view from large balcony space. Well equipped to make a wonderful, easy stay. Location good for bus station and marina in one direction and just a 20 min walk to the old city in the other. Choice of supermarkets in very close proximity.
Very noisy from traffic below. Noise unfortunately disrupted our sleep and we preferred to sit inside than on the balcony as a consequence. The window in the main bedroom felt like it was open despite being closed.
